I bought this used, in good condition, and while it does have some visible damage, it's minimal and nothing that detracts from it or won't be normal with wear and tear from travel.It's a great color, beautifully rose gold and not tacky or jarring, but soft and sophisticated.The jewel design of the lid is striking.The frame is not as rigid and sturdy as the other brands I've bought for my family, but should hold up fine, especially as I plan to carry on.The inside has good storage and matches the outside. The wheel motion is smooth and fluid.Very pleased overall.

It scratches really bad.

The media could not be loaded.  Looks amazing! Super lightweight, doesn’t smell too bad (plastic) and I love the gem shape. However, based on how often I have traveled, this is not going to be as durable as they claim. I could poke a dent in it with my fingers.. that being said it’ll work for a carryon with no huge problem but I f it needs to be checked, I wish you luck and hope you don’t have glass or breakables inside your case. Can’t wait to get some miles on this bad boy tho. Also ~ still wondering if the wheels pop off?

Okay, when I first received the suitcase I was so worried it would be too small and then I opened this beauty. You have your main space when you first open the suit case and then there’s a second spot with a zipper, and thennnn on that there’s two separate pockets and then a tiny little zipper pocket in the main spot where you can pack your unmentionables, money, or whatever else you may need. The plus for me other than all the pockets, is that it also locks! So I don’t have to worry about anyone going through my suitcase. Perfect price, beautiful color, and plenty of storage.

I have used this luggage multiple times. It fits many things and looks so pretty. I get many compliments. It does not weigh much and not too expensive!

Super cute set! I purchased the 20 inch octagonal set as well. The color makes it highly recognizable when retrieving from the luggage belt and multi directional wheels make it easy to navigate. TSA approved lock on the luggage is an extra whistle. Inside zippers and pockets make packing easier for me. Love the waterproof pocket for lotions and creams that might spill or leak during travel. I bought luggage covers separately, which are a must! The outer material is permeable producing multiple scratches. I took the 28 inch on an international holiday and sadly it did not stand up to the task. The back wheels were destroyed. I assume they were not cooperating with baggage handlers and my beautiful luggage had to be dragged 🥲. But under further investigation, it seems part of the wheel might have melted. Either way, it’s no longer useful as luggage. Wish I would have taken a trip within the return period so I could get my money back. In summation: cute design and color but not built to sustain travel.

Scuffs/Scratches super easily BUT most of the scuffs come out with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Other than that they are amazing. Love all of the compartments and features, including the TSA locks and adjustable handles. The wheels are excellent and roll super smooth. Zippers are durable. Case did not dent or crack, still flexible enough to endure being checked on to a plane. Doesn’t look cheap at all (like other reviews state) Looks exactly like pictures maybe even better! Got a lot of compliments on them! Super happy with them; just wish they came with a protective cover or something.

Me sorprendió lo bonitas que se ven y la buena calidad, muy suave al deslizarse las llantas y firmeza en los materiales, por la forma que tienen pensé que se doblaría fácilmente el plástico y no! Acabo de realizar un viaje y quedé muy satisfecha con las maletas (aunque no se salvaron de las rayaduras por los manejos del personal del aeropuerto).

Me encantó, igualita que en las fotos del producto. Súper ligera.

Bonita maleta, práctica y ligera, lo único malo es que en uno de los vuelos me pidieron documentarla a la hora de abordar porque el avión iba lleno pero cuando la recojí la maleta estaba toda rayada, le pude limpiar algunos rayones pero otros no. Ahora ya no se ve tan bonita.

Perfect for my hospital stay, enough room for everything I needed to bring with me.
