Good product

I found this product effective when I tried it for the first time almost a year ago. But this time I noticed the effectiveness has gone for a toss. This product either does nothing or makes you feel totally sedated. There is no middle ground. The next morning does not feel good at all as my sleep quality gets really terrible after taking it. Not sure if it is happening with anybody else but I am getting weird dreams too. Stopping it right away abd definitely not buying again

This product is ineffective in helping fall asleep. Most likely the meletonin content is less than what is written on the packaging. HealthVeda is infamous for failing lab tests of its medicines, and customers therefore, must think about splurging more but get melatonin by brands which are more renowned. For me Carbimade Forte is so far, working great.
