I'm a car accessory fiend. I have A LOT of stuff for cleaning my car. My previous Black & Decker vacuum got stolen from my car so I got this one. This one is much better! I wasn't sure since I've never heard of the brand before, but it got decent reviews and the price is right. It's smaller than I was expecting and most importantly, it has more suction than my previous car vacuum. The suction doesn't match an AC vacuum but for plugging into your power outlet and convenience, it's good and will get the job done.Attachments are fine, nothing special. The metal filters are a FANTASTIC feature. I really disliked fabric or paper filters and I would just keep using them and never replace them. The metal filters are washable and that alone is well worth your money. I got the vacuum with an additional metal filter so I can rotate them while I wash and dry the other.The light is a feature I didn't think much about, but in use it's GREAT. It's nice that such a small addition can make the job of vacuuming your car so much nicer. Having light in the smaller corners and areas is really convenient.I have a compact car and the cord is plenty long enough to reach everywhere inside the cabin. I haven't tried reaching it through to the trunk yet (trunk isn't that dirty or dusty).The vacuum isn't too loud.I'm impressed and very pleased with my purchase. If I needed to, I would purchase this again without hesitation.

This Hotor car vacuum is very convenient to use. It has LED lights to assist you in the dark hard to reach areas so you can see. It also have several other attachments for hard-to-reach areas and in comes in a zippered bag with handles for storage.The wire is very long that enables you to move around to clean different parts of your car so easily without the need to unplug.Most car vacuum has only a standard length of wire usually five to seven feet but Hotor has longer! 14.70 Feet!It comes with a STAINLESS STEEL HEPA Filter. Other car vacuums has “paper” filter that needs to be changed so it becomes costly after a year of use but not with Hotor!Just empty the canister every after use and rinse it with water once in awhile to remove left out debris to maintain your Stainless Steel HEPA Filter.Make sure you AIR DRY the SS Filter or WIPE it DRY VERY WELL before using, everytime after you rinse it.The suction is satisfactory. It’s not weak but it’s also not super strong. Obviously the vacuums used in houses has a stronger power but this vacuum is so compact and built for mobile use.It gets mostly everything but mine began to lose it’s power which is odd because my friend has the same Hotor model and it still has a very good suction power although mine is newer.MAINTENANCE :Since the car vacuum is lightly used just about 2-3 times a week, I empty the canister everytime after we use it and rinse the filter with water once a month and wait for it to dry before storing it away.Depending on how much you use the car vacuum, the cleaning maintenance routine should fit accordingly to prolong the life of the product.CUSTOMER SERVICE :They are very kind and attentive. When I had an issue with the vacuum’s suction and the plug, they sent me a replacement and received within 3-4 days. An actual person responds to your email not a robot as most companies do.I highly recommend this product and most of all, I admire their wonderful Customer Service.

The first thing I noticed when unpacking is that this vacuum is very light. I was expecting a little more heft. I first tested the vacuum in my kitchen as I had bought an ac to dc converter at the same time. I went with a non-HOTOR converter because I needed one rated at 120W to work with the EPAuto 12V DC Portable Air Compressor Pump, Digital Tire Inflator I also just purchased on Amazon.The suction did not seem to be as strong as I had hoped. But it picked up some loose fluff-n-stuff off of the kitchen floor. So, I took it to my cars and it worked adequately on some loose gravel and some bits of snowy dirt.Pro's:1. Price is right2. I really like the stainless steel filter. Washes off easily. Very well made. Its nice to have an extra one to use while the other dries out.3. Suction is good enough. At first I was unimpressed but I think it will work well for the intended purpose.4. The other included accessories fit well and work well.Cons:1. Some parts seem flimsy. The plastic button on the vacuum head does not seem like it will hold up well.2. The instructions state to clean the filter after each use. I'm sure the filter will hold up but not so sure about the plastic tabs and fittings with constant removal and assembly.3. The worst for me is the 12v plug. It would not stay attached to my converter. I needed to use a piece of Gorilla Duct Tape to maintain the connection. The 12V plug on my Air Compressor fit very well in this same converter. The vacuum's plug did work a little better in my cars 12V outlet but it still felt like it wanted to pop out.

The vacuum worked well before it broke. The cord length was perfect and the suction was good enough to get by. I had the vacuum for about two months before the cord moved out of place. I took good care of the vacuum as I like to keep my car clean all the time.
