Great vacuum for the price!
I've been using this vacuum in my 1 bedroom condo for about 6 weeks and I love it! I purchased it so that I could vacuum the area rugs in my bathroom but it worked so well, it quickly became my main vacuum for the whole house. The suction is more than adequate for what I need. I have a cat and it sucks up cat litter and hair wonderfully.I also started using the small attachment to vacuum my bed every night. I am quite pleased and at the same time horrified at the amount of cat hair, lint, dirt, and dust that is lifted from my bed every night. The filters work very well and are washable which is a big plus for me. The only thing I would recommend is purchasing the set that comes with two batteries. They only last about 10 minutes when using the vacuum on full power so it comes in handy to have a second one available.Overall, a great little vacuum for the price.

Perfect for my 3 children.
So, this thing, I love it. But I have 3 kids and they're messy, so this vacuum requires a lot of cleaning out. So if your vacuum isn't picking up. First take the bottom part off (do all this over a trash) and make sure the hole isn't clogged. When u clean out the bin, pull the filter out from the middle of the trash holder because stuff gets stuck in there too. Once I think about it, you should probably clean it after every use. It's very easy to use and very easy to get clogged or stop sucking due to a clog and very easy to clean. It's light weight. The bottom is shorter than expected, but I love this thing. One of my favorite purchases ever.

Great small vacuum
1. Came very quick!2. Put together in minutes3. Great suction4. Easy use5. Came with yo rechargeable batteries (one battery last about 30 minutes worth)I was extremely surprised and happy at how well this vacuum works! I was shocked at how much it can suck up dirt! I had just cleaned my rug with my central vac system but I was excited to use my new quick vac! So I was trying it out on my “clean” rug! And I was shocked at how much this little vacuum can do! The dust and dirt that this vacuum can get out a rug is amazing! Honestly I was shocked! The only con: it is battery operated so it will work for about 30 minutes and need recharging. * it comes with an extra battery! However, I bought this got a quick clean up for my hardwood floors so it isn’t an issue.

Not a good vacuum - poor suction and poor battery life
I purchased this vacuum hoping it would do a good job for a light weight unit. The only good part so far is that it is light weight. The suction is actually pretty poor compared to other units I have owned in the past. When you click the unit on, it has a low power and a higher power. Not sure why you would even want the lower power because it is completey useless at picking up anything. The issue with the higher power option is the battery packs it in after just a few minutes. I have 2 batteries with this vacuum and they are both working the exact same - very poor. I would not recomment this vacuum to anyone. The only good thing I have to say about it is the light weight aspect. I would have given it 0 starts but apparently 1 star is the lowest you can go.

Suction average; not easy to clean; high replaceable filter and battery costs.
I purchased this item about 10 days ago, and during this period took it through all the various functions to test the unit out. Here are my results:PRO: The unit is lightweight. The suction on low speed, which has longest battery life, is so-so. When using high speed (much shorter battery life) it is at best medium, but perhaps what one may expect in this price range. This was in brand new state, with new, clean filters. This unit will not perform any deep cleaning on your carpets, and is best for surface cleaning. I don't think it would be adequate to clean a whole house, or even a large room. I mainly use it for quick spot, or small area cleaning, much the same you would use a 'Dustbuster' for. I do have a powerful upright corded machine, but it is much easier to use this than to have to drag that out for small areas that you want to clean up quickly. It does do a fairly decent job at that. The noise level is tolerable, especially at low speed. Removeable Battery Pack is a plus, and in the event the Battery no longer holds a charge, you do not have to trash the unit, or perform 'surgery' to replace an internal, non replaceable battery. Charge time of maximin of 5 hours (less if battery if partially charged) is very acceptable. The battery can be charged either on the machine, or removed form the machine. LED indicator shows the current state of charge. The various attachments can be attached and removed with relative ease. Emptying the dust cup is easy. Press a button and the bottom of the dust cup flips open. Now, the not so good:CONS: Cleaning the unit thoroughly takes a bit of time. There are two filter : a stainless steel mesh, then inside of that, a tubular cloth filter. Both are washable, but the cloth filter needs to completely dry (24hrs+/-) before you can use it again. The stainless steel unit dries relatively quickly. It does come with an extra cloth filter so you can use the machine without having to wait too long. The manufacturer recommends replacing cloth filter every three months (I guess depends on your use). But, they are expensive at around $5 each. (You can order a pack of 6 for $30 on Amazon). The stainless steel, as far as I can tell, should last the life of the machine. The battery pack, although user replaceable when needed, is quite expensive (about $60) , which is about 2/3rds the cost of the whole unit. It may be available at discounted price, but I can only go by what is shown here on Amazon. Now comes the real downer for me. The dust cup is NOT user removeable as it is on other models, and many other makes. You can wipe out the inside but it is hard to clean around internal fixed part that hold the filters near the top of the cup. I usually use a hair dryer, on high-cool setting, to blow out any dust or wedged debris, but because of the static electricity generated during use, difficult to get everything. Best to do that outside so you don't fill your room with blowing dust. Even then, some debris (such as balls of cat hair) may get wedged so that you have to use something long such as a thin wooden skewer to remove. It takes a bit of time blowing and wiping to get the inside adequately cleaned. I guess that is somewhat subjective depending on how clean you want the machine and how often you do a thorough cleaning (I've done this twice since using this unit). A removeable dust cup would have made this so much easier because then you could simply wash out the inside of the dust cup and given easier access to the filter holders. The cleaning brush in the power brush head unit does remove with relative ease for cleaning, or to remove long hair strands or anything else that might have wrapped around the brush, if needed. Another negative issue is storing the unit. It appears that the wall hanger needs to have the long tube and brush head attached to hang at the proper angle. If you rarely use brush head, but mainly the short wand, you have to remove and reattach the long tube before and after each use. Since I mainly use this in lieu of a "Dustbuster" for quick cleanup with the short wand, it is not very convenient. If you hang the unit without any attachments, or just the short wand, it hangs at a precarious angle and I was afraid it would either stress and break the wall hanger hook, or worse, the slot on the bottom of the dust cap lid that attaches to the hook, possibly rendering the unit useless without replacing the dust cup (which is not a user replaceable). So it just sits on a shelf with the short wand attached for quick access. There is also a hook near the bottom of the long tube that you can hook the vacuum head unto, with the brush head attached, but it wont stand up by itself using this method, and will simply tip over unless you can lean it against something. Very awkward at best. If you use the tube/brush head more often, the wall hanger will likely be a good option for you. Or just place it on the floor somewhere out of the way, leaning against a wall. The unit comes with a 12 month (or 24 month if you get the free gift) warranty, but no details as to what the warranty covers and what it does not. There was nothing in the manual, nor a separate warranty card included, nor where to ship to in the event warranty repairs are needed. I guess you need to reach out to them via email to get that info when needed. Still, every item I have every purchased with a warranty, included how to make a warranty claim, and what was covered. No info included in the box. I did find some warranty info on their website (inselife.com) but appears to be very generic and not model specific, and states a "limited lifetime warranty", so it may only apply to other models. Not very clear on what is covered and is at their sole discretion. On the plus side, they appear to cover shipping costs (to and from). I guess I will have to reach out to them if and when an issue arises, and hope for the best.SUMMARY:There is nothing really special about this item that isn't available with similar units. Suction is ok for surface cleaning ( e.g. counter top, hard floor, or very low pile carpet). Removeable battery is a plus. Cloth filter replacement / replaceable battery costs seems a bit high. Thorough cleaning is not easy (If you are happy with simply emptying the cup, it should be ok for you). I did get an extended warranty (24 months) by following the instructions on a card to receive a free gift, which also included two extra filters (which take about 5-7 weeks to ship, so still waiting for that).I cannot recommend for, or against this product. So far, in the short time I have had it, it seems to do an adequate job for my needs, but that is a subjective opinion. The cons stated above are also subjective and may or may not be an issue for other users. The major plus I would recommend this for is the comparatively low cost and removeable/replaceable battery (though replacement battery is costly).

Impressive cordless vacuum, great customer service
I wanted a cordless vacuum after a hip replacement, my corded vacuum was too heavy. I researched, read reviews and this one had the best reviews. I bought the one with 2 batteries included. It is lightweight, and i like the lights on the front of it. It is easy to empty the dust cup. Recently the felt piece underneath fell off. I contacted customer service, I was in contact with Mabel, who was so helpful and friendly. After sending photos of the piece(s) and contact info, a replacement piece, the entire piece, was sent out quickly. I am very satisfied and impressed.
