We were looking for a calling watch for our 5 year old daughter and our search ended with CarePal pro , with video calling feature and parent specific features we are very well amazed with the functions watch provided. The UI is clean and easy to understand by a 5 year old kid. App features are also good and one could track location ,take photos form the app itself and top of the line security features. Call quality is great and we never had any issues with the watch until our daughter broke the screen.Support is easily available and responsive on both whatsapp and call and though I have to send the watch for repair it was done in due time and all the cost and time was being shared time to time . Kudos to the team on keeping the process simple and responsive.All in I can sum up is go for it!!!

What to expect:1. Do not go by the images in the page. The product finish is a notch lower. Bought what is shown as black here and the physical product is closer to grey than black.2. The companion app reminds you of early Android versions. Gets the job done but very basic in looks.The bads:1. Battery life: Barely lasts a day. So be prepared for a long night of recharge if this is to be used in the morning.2. Video: Seems more or a gimmick given the video quality and usability only via the app on the phone.3. The looks and finish: as mentioned in the intro, definitely doesn't look the price being charged for.4. GPS accuracy: Another gimmick. Accuracy off between 50-100 meters. Mobile phone triangulation is much better than this.5. Service: Since only in Delhi, this is a problem. Reaching them and getting queries addressed in time is an issue. This is my biggest grouse. More below.The goods:1. Gets the job done if you just have to call in and out.The service issues:The kiddo broke the glass within 10 days of use in a fall. The incoming calls worked and all just that I didn't want to risk broken glass on a kids wrist. Called Sekio service number and they said they can change the glass but I have to ship it and pay for the replacement. Thankfully happened to go to Delhi so Dunzo'd it locally. The Dunzo guy couldn't locate the service center in the building and the calls to service number whre unanswered for a good 30 mins before it was picked up and clarified where the service center was in the address. They took payment upfront and 3 days to replace and send the watch back. As soon as I got it realised the phone didn't charge. Complained again and after a few calls was told to send the watch back and was promised a pickup given it was under warranty. Twice the pickup booked was cancelled and I am told that I am cancelling the pickups. This pickup seems like a charade. Net-net the phone has been disfunctional for more time than functional as of today.Overall verdict:Avoid buying. Go for a Noise kids watch or a Fireboltt watch with SIM functionality for a better price than this .

The watch can be used for calling your kids and for them to call you, works pretty well. Has good parental controls. Its easy enough for the kids to operate as well.Location does not work properly, It's not accurate.The app is good, all the functions work.After couple of months, was not able to connect to the watch from app, but after calling customer care, they reset the phone from their end and it worked again. Reset can only be done this way. But customer care service is good, they are helpful.Overall, good product for the price point, does what its supposed to. Gives parents peace of mind that we can call and check on our children whenever we want.

To be honest I was very sceptical initially since it's not a big known brand, my previous experience with the known N brand wasn't great for my kid. It was a cheap model, ofcourse. I only dared to buy it after seeing the good reviews, but wasn't sure how it would be in my hand. But only after using it, I realised it was really worth the investment and was so glad I buy it. Very robust build, I have seen my son handle it roughly. Even the strap hasn't torn apart the way he puts them on, so even that bit is durable. No skin reactions on the wrist, we had a bitter previous experience in another watch, so that's another plus in terms of material quality. The sekyo app is surprisingly very well made from location tracking to battery tracking, voice messages, video calls it's very good in the features it has. Outside of the app, the regular voice calls works very well. It's been a big lifeline for me to call my son during his play times to ask him to come back home :-). To complete off there are couple of nitpicking points from my perspective atleast, a steps tracker and a clearer battery percentage indicator on the watch would have been nicer, but not a deal breaker. Overall this is a big boon for parents would want to be able to reach out to their kids when they go out for play or something else. Go for it !

I am writing this review 4 months after my purchase. The watch is good for kids of young age . Just serves the purpose of calling and tracking. Kids can call to selected contacts and we can call and check their whereabouts via gps too. Takes nano sim. One time charge works for the whole day.They have a good after sales service too. My watch glass was broken and the touch screen stopped working. I had to send it to them to Delhi from Bangalore. Courier charges we need to bear and They charged a fee (around Rs 600), watch was repaired and the whole process was smooth. In max 5 days , we got the watch back with us with glass repaired and touch screen working.I'd recommend this watch for Anyone who is looking for kids within 5k..Thanks.
