I ordered these after my old pair broke. I found these work great pairing is very easy long battery life and great sound quality. Overall works great

I charged it for almost 12 hours. It lasted a couple hours then said it needed to recharge. I added it to the charge, it was charged to 100% after just 10 minutes. A couple minutes using it, again it said only 10% charge available. The material is cheap looking and just not of food quality. Very disappointed with this product. I am looking to return it because it just dis not meet expectations at all. When it was on and working the quality was good.

I had recently purchased the K400 earbuds and initially was skeptical.. I had concerns on adequate volume and battery life and those concerns were quickly addressed with the great customer support I received when I sent an email to the team.. It turns out that there is a small contact dust cover sticker over the connections and once removed they charged and lasted throughout the day.. As for volume, another quick fix was to swap out the rubber buds that came with it and the sound was great... I would give a 2 thumbs up for this product and the help you get if you need it...

I had some problems with my earbuds and Kobe worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied with his product. I will be honest, the kind of customer service he gave is very rare. I am so totally impressed.

First impression is great. never had ear buds with bass. For the price I am enjoying so far. Hopefully they last a while. Only complaint is is when you turn the volume down, the low setting seems to not have the same quality. Maybe my phone. Not sure. But for the price will not complain. Did I mention comfortable!!!
