The instructions seemed to be for a different version of the product, specifically concerning the training wheels. These training wheels did not need to be attached on the axle, it was actually much easier than that. But it wasted my time telling me to take apart the axle for no reason.My daughter turned 3 today, this is her on the bike for reference. The seat is as low as it can go.The brakes were really hard to adjust. I will have to go researching YouTube to understand them fully. But overall, it's an awesome bike and I'm glad to have found one that didn't have characters on it or a doll seat or any other silly gimmick. I love the colours and the paint job on this, it was packaged well, so overall happy with it and my daughter loves her birthday present.I would recommend using real tools because although one is provided, it's only going to damage the larger bolts. The tyres will need filling beyond the air that's already in them.

I would of gave it 5 stars! But I was missing a part and that’s the clamp to attach the seat, thank god I decided to build it two days before Christmas so I can get to the shops and try find one! I’m going to be gutted if I can’t find one as this was her main gift :( lovely bike and easy build! Just a shame about that one part :(

Whilst assembling the bike the night before my daughters Birthday I was unable to attach the handlebars because the riser clamp that connects them to the bike was cracked and very sharp.We have contacted the seller for a replacement part.

We love this product, what a great bike. My daughter is 3 (tall 3) purchased for her birthday present and very happy with it. Sturdy and worth the price for peace of mind with extra safety

Delivered on time, pretty easy to put together. Sturdy (it's not light!), looks good, and my daughter loves it.

Missing quick release lever for the seat, bought for my daughters birthday, so im very upset as she now cant enjoy her birthday present on her birthday!
