Not 'Fluffy'
The garland's color is beautiful. While this red/green/gold garland served my purpose of making a wire hanger Christmas tree, it is not nearly as 'fluffy' as I was led to believe. Probably because it came all the way from China vacuum packaged extremely flat. Even trying to hand fluff it, it still would not 'fluff'. I used all 39.4 feet on my wire hanger tree project and it looks fine. If it wouldn't have been so tightly vacuum packed, it would've been nice and fluffy at approximately 3", but there were too many 'flat' spots that would NOT fluff.I recommend this garland ONLY for use with another type of garland, such as to fill an evergreen garland or make a craft project but I would NOT use it on my room sized Christmas tree as it's not 'fluffy' enough.

Second purchase from this brand....excellent quality
I ordered 2 strands for Halloween and when I took them down from our front steps after 2 months they still looked great. ....didn't fade or fall apart. I ordered 2 more blue strands for the winter holidays. Would definitely recommend
