this set is perfect as it is not too big or too small
I am on vacation and wanted to do a little painting...this set is perfect as it is not too big or too small.....Goldilocks right! Lots of good color choices too! As a matter of fact, whetn I sign off in a few minutes I will be right back out on our patio painting again.

Good set for basic crafts
After the vendor saw my initial 2-star review, they contacted me and asked if I would accept a replacement set. I tried several colors and they were less watery. They still don't provide the coverage that Dick Blick's student paints do. But, for basic crafts (I'm painting home-made ornaments made from salt dough) they are fine. It's not like I'm painting the Mona Lisa. Dick Blick does not offer a set with this array of colors at this price point. I would recommend this set for basic crafts or for kids just learning to paint.Initial Review:Very disappointed. Nice array of colors, but watery. No comparison to Dick Blick’s acrylic paints. I bought these for Xmas ornaments. Will ask Amazon if I can return them. Not sure since I’ve already tried 3 colors. For assured quality at a fair price, go over to Dick Blick’s site.

size of product
I ordered this for a gift. it's very nice in a box. The tubes of paint are smaller than I would have liked and the reason for only 4 stars. In the product details the ounces of the paint where not stated. for the price I paid I got my money's worth. All in all my sister will love this.
