This is an impressive oscillating toothbrush for $15. I didn’t know what to expect for such a bargain price, but I’m more than satisfied. You’ll definitely get a nice “clean” feeling on your teeth after using, and if you combine it with flossing, your teeth will feel like you just left the dentist.The one thing I would change would be the bulkiness of the handle, but I understand it has to be wide enough to fit the battery. Even slightly smaller would be ideal, but that’s really my only complaint! Other than that, you can’t beat this deal as far as oscillating toothbrushes are concerned =]

For those who know the old design of this product... yes, the new one stops the water from getting inside the battery compartment. Now one change about this that some complained about is not really a problem... which is that the power is not as strong as it used to be. Most dentists will tell you to minimize abrasion on your teeth. So the reduced power is good because it doesn't go too hard on your grill, yet it is enough to scrub your teeth well and you can press it down a bit and get some vibration to your teeth as well to help dislodge food stuck in between. I still do floss after using this, but if your teeth are a little bit spaced out this toothbrush might be all you need.

Spinbrush user for many years. Why sell a brush (at top $) that replacement heads are not available? Bean counters hard at work, again.

Using and liking. so far

The media could not be loaded.  For the price, you're getting a battery-powered electric toothbrush with replaceable heads that has action on both the top and bottom. This does a better job brushing my teeth than the Phillips one cost nearly 3x this. I'm not sold on the 'charcoal' movement, so that is just a plus for me, but all things considered this is an excellent starter electric toothbrush that you can replace both the battery and head. I paired it with the HELLO Charcoal toothpaste to really test this charcoal effect, which again I'm not sold on, but it's been a journey so far for a coffee-stained mouth like myself. If anything the charcoal contrasting against your teeth gives you the illusion they're whiter/cleaner, not really noticing anything beyond that so far. I used to use an expensive Oral-B toothbrush that always needed recharging, cluttered up the bathroom counter, and needed replacing with ridiculously expensive heads. Spinbrush changed that! Never need charging, just a quick change of batteries (there are youtube how-to videos if you can't figure out how to snap the compartment open). The replacement heads for the standard Spinbrush are inexpensive. But the charcoal Spinbrush, which I love even more than the regular, does not seem to have replacement heads at any price. I tried contacting the company. They said they're not sold in my area. I'm about to take a chance on off-brand replacements, but come on, Spinbrush! Don't force your loyal customers to buy other brands!
