I bought these as a “stop-gap” measure after my custom-made AFOs broke until I can get new customs made. They are cheap, but they’re not good, for the following reasons:1. Cheap, flimsy plastic. I would be willing to pay a bit more for sturdier ones.2. Zero padding. You NEED to have padding in AFOs to avoid rubbing sores.3. Very difficult to trim them to fit my shoes4. SHARP EDGES - a MAJOR issue. This is especially problematic in the heel opening. I needed to sand it down and put moleskin on those areas just for it to be tolerable. You should definitely be wearing AFO socks with these as well.5. Flimsy straps. Seriously, they’re pathetic. They come undone easily and have no padding. Again, you NEED padding with AFOs to avoid rubbing sores.If you can afford better AFOs, skip these. They’re fine to wear for a few days, but I couldn’t see myself wearing them long-term, or having them as my main pair.

I immediately returned it because for somebody who needs this aid, it is very difficult to put on by yourself and I could not fit it into any shoe as it’s substantially lengthened my foot. I’m not about to buy new shoes just to wear that.

This did not work for me. Had to return.

My sister in law had one prescribed and made for her leg. With good insurance it cost them $400. This one is every bit as good. Really helped me with my mild drop foot problem.

If you have a drop foot you seriously need to have a custom made support. This is too unstable

Very light plastic and Velcro was not very good. Did not give the support I expected. Inadequate at best!

I loved the first one I bought in September 2201. Sent for another one only to find that they no longer pad the mold that goes around your leg, so it is no longer comfortable to wear.

Very difficult to get for in shoe. Very tight on my leg, and not padded at all. Uncomfortable to wear...
