This is a great price on Kirkland Sublingual Methylcobalamin 5,000 mcg 300 tablets! I HAVE to use the methylated form of B-12, which is the natural form of B-12, because the synthetic form does nothing for me - as revealed in the way I feel as well as my blood tests.Methylcobalamin doesn't need to be converted in the liver - it goes right to work helping with my energy levels which are usually low. The Kirkland B-12 tastes good - cherry, and dissolves quickly. I don't think it would be objectionable to any adult who's buying for the improvement of their health, but maybe picky kids. Our son didn't like it, but tell him it's a supplement and he doesn't like it before it ever enters his mouth! Go figure!Speaking of natural forms verses synthetic... if unfamiliar, when buying supplements, I try to check first. For the most part the natural forms are better - so they don't have to be converted in the liver. For example, L-Methylfolate is preferred to folic acid, and MOST of the amino acid are only sold in the L- form, not their mirror form D- . (I said most... there is 1 exception... maybe two - not sure.)Good luck, and hope this finds you all very happy and very healthy!

These dissolve very easy and the flavor is not gross so that you can leave it under your tongue for needed amount of time. The formulation leaves a little bit to be desired so I take off that star. I did find a better formulation but that product was so hard it never dissolved and it tasted gross too.So, I appreciate these Wish they would come out with another formulation though.

I am a 55 year old femal who bought this product to stave off memory loss. not sure if it will help with that long term, but my 75-year old mother has Althzeimers (onset 4 or 5 years ago) and they put her on vitamin B injections to help prevent future memory loss. My sisters and I used to joke about our bad memories being just like Moms. We aren't laughing anymore. We did some reading, this formulation is better absorbed and used by the body than the typical less expensive B12 supplement, and of course I can't remember the key word to look for now, - how ironic is that?! ( I could go look it up, but I am very stubborn.... it will come to me, eventually........) Not sure if I am impressed by 'sublingual' delivery, but the cherry flavor isn't over whelming, nor is it bitter, and they taste and dissolve just fine. I take 3 a day. 4 made my hot flashes come back. As a bonus, I do believe the energy level claims are working for me. Bottom line, they are worth a try for either memory improvement or energy production. Works for me (for the most part :-) ), could work for you too!

This is a great deal on a 300 quantity bottle. Much less than local stores.

Our entire household is vegan so we supplement with B12. From the research we've read, sublingual B12 is better absorbed than pill forms. This is the best deal on B12 we can find. And because it's sublingual, there's no need to hunt for veggie caps to avoid gelatin capsules. The taste is also pleasant for a supplement--a light, sweet cherry with no bitter aftertaste. This is our third year buying this brand and we're confident we'll keep buying it.
