Didnl not work for me.
I had been losing about 2 lbs a week with exercising and calorie counting prior to taking these pills. I started taking these to make me feel fuller before eating smaller meals and they did not help. I found that they actually made me bloat which was uncomfortable and hindered my progress during my workout. After 2 weeks of trial I decided to quit taking them. I still lost a steady 2 lbs a week during those 2 weeks but I do not believe the pills contributed in any way. I still gave them 2 stars because they were easy to swallow and they had an earthy after taste that I liked. They are also affordable for anyone willing to try them out. They may work for you, but they did not do a thing for me.

Helps with food cravings and hunger
I use this product mainly for appetite suppression, but I do think it also provides a bit of an additional boost for weight loss. About a month ago I got serious about taking charge of my eating habits. I had a pretty healthy diet before, but now I have completely eliminated all grains, dairy, starch and sugar. I have also eliminated snacking and eat only during meal times. Cravings and even hunger pains were a major struggle. I’m not advising anyone else to do this, but I take two of these capsules at a time. (The bottle recommends one capsule, but I’ve also had to double dosage recommendations with other supplements to curb cravings in the past, so this may just be specific to me). The label says to take 1 capsule 30 minutes before eating, but I often just take them with my meal, and I notice feeling satiated much longer. They help so much that I am able to not even think about food between meals. I am so grateful.

I had a bad reaction to it
I can't say that this worked for me. I had a bad reaction to it. But, if your not sensitive to the ingredients than you may benefit from it. The customer service is very pleasant, so if you do have any problems you will be politely helped. That's a plus. I contacted them through email. The delivery was quick and clean. I'm bummed I can't take them though.

I am stoked to say it is a fantastic product!
I bought this about a month ago and wanted to wait to write a review so it was honest and had time to prove worthy or not. I am stoked to say it is a fantastic product!!! Within the first two weeks I was down ten pounds without any crazy exercise or diet restrictions!! I am super lazy and will not stick to a workout plan. Haha I ended up getting the stomach bug this last week and stopped taking the supplements temporarily....my body has already adjusted to eating less and hasn't gone crazy without the supplements. The ONLY negative comment I have is that the product does not give me extra energy, but the fact I've lost this much weight without trying......I'll find energy elsewhere!

After trying multitudes of different fat burners, which were mostly laxatives, this product actually curbed me STRONG hunger cravings! My weight was more managed and of cores, Stopping carbs, myself, and eating fish, chicken, lean meats and eggs, I had tons of energy, and dropped 20 lbs in one month!HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!

1.5lbs down in 5 days
Im using this in combination with CLA 1250 once a day and two extra capsules of just GC. I used just GC for at least a month, with slow results, even dieting.Using this, it's only been 5 days and I've lost a pound and a half! I was skeptical but it works. I've even gone back to eating my regular 1,200 calories a day (up from 900-1000).It's pricey, yes, but if you're serious about losing weight, this is perfect.
