Do not spend your precious money on this Chinese crap.Edit 4: Motherboard issue is not being solved, service boys instead asked for video of the treadmill and just decides to send a new display unit. When we mention that the belt is still malfunctioning no response.Edit 3: Motor was replaced after literally begging the people at the other end of the phone, can't really call it a service center.. However the replacement technician has showcased that the motherboard is malfunctioning and now needs to be replaced..Edit 2: Motor malfunctioned and caused a small accident.. Now the machine is lying at home, No service support at all.. Well the product is made of cheap plastics, and one of the plastic parts came broken, the real treadmill is a little different from the picture and is much less beefier with low quality plastic, the upside is the 3 year warranty on the motor, although I'm not sure how far will afters ales support go. Through the buying process the after sales support was nil. I called the support number to get installation support, was told that its 80% assembled I asked for a set up video for the rest 20% I was told that they will share but no one came back. Really the aftersales support seems missing. Edit, the motor has gone bust within month 1. Now its been 2 weeks waiting for a replacement. No clarity on when it will be replaced. Downgrading to 1 because of this experience.

This is one of the worst product from the company. Don't know about other products but this particular one is made after putting all efforts in sourcing the cheapest part to keep the profit margin high.It have more inherent design issues than it m provide.The product which I received was a crappy one.First the claim of thr HP of motor is completely false. Once you get on it it won't handle a weight of more than 60-70 kg. You can't stand on the treadmill and then turn it on. We need to turn the treadmill on first, then we will have to jump on the running floor.Second bigger flaw is their claim for the running surface area. When I measured the actual one neither matched in breadth nor length.Third biggest flaw is the running belt don't cover the belt from sideways. A good amount of suface remains exposed from both sides. This will cause a lot of issue as if belt skid on one side, our foot can slip between belt and floor.Fourth flaw is the speaker used in it. They must have spent a lot of time in searching the cheapest one from China. The speaker which we used to et in the 50 rs FM were far better than the one used in it. Now there won't have been a issue but when half of the panel screen is devoted for the music, then it should be a better one.Fifth flaw is the looks. We can say the delivered product gets malnutritioned in the way.There are many more. I was lucky to place the return request time, however I had to go through hell in getting the refund of the shipping charges as I had to ship it back on my own.In all this particular product is not worth purchasing.

I have purchased on 4 oct 19 with a very low price 23 k i liked most is its 3 year motor warranty and competive price i searched lot but find this is best and best for my weight 80 kg +20 kg for running with 3.5 hp 👍..But yet to be delivered lets see how this machine is working i will be posting after using

Sad to say but i returned this treadmill on day 2 of arrival.Few things Not in line:-- This is a small size belt, just 420mm wide.- Has a natural inclination, which makes running difficult even at 8km/h, calf muscle pains, feels like running at incline 4. even at level 0 (refer the picture attached)- If you are use to gym treadmill, this will be a big disappointing for you.- Lot of NOISE frm motor as well as the belt while stepping it each time.- Not very sturdy, which makes it uncomfortable while running.- Definitely not for ne1 height above 5.9ft- Definitely not for ne1 weight above 80kgs.I appreciate Amazons return assistance. 10/10. It was hazzle free and smooth. Just a call and they took it back without questions asked.This is good for anybody who is looking for mostly walk and who is not tall.

Easy fitting process , built quality is good , reachable customer service . Good enough for home use .Handle is click type fitting , not screw type, so the handle is bit shaking . I received a my product with motor cover broken but they send me the cover replacement but logo is missing and there was a slight delay in getting it . I feel there is lack of professionalism in customer service but they are just ok .Ruining and walking is fine on Tredmill, no issues found after using a month , paid nice price during a offer time , for that price it is great!
