I’m 60 and I started using this 2 years ago. When I take it diligently I really feel and look better. Not like 10 years but just smoother and better texture. I know the not eating two hours before or after taking, is pain but I drink a bunch of water before I go to bed and, when I get up to go to the bathroom, I take it and go back to bed. I’ve used this product for 3 years and it gives me the energy during the day I had when I was in my 30s. Helps me sleep at night and keeps my hair and skin looking healthy. The package from this vendor was out dated and not as effective. Do not buy from this vendor.

I like this product because it seems to help with joint pain as well as overall feeling of well being.
