Nice material, looks cool, but found the pad uncomfortable
Was looking for a replacement for my bike shorts that didn't have a mattress in the seat, and read that triathlon shorts were the way to go, since they had thinner pads. This looked good and was an improvement, but the way the pad is sewed into the seat leaves a ridge of material that felt like it would chafe when riding. Might be better to put the pad into some kind of seat pocket, or sew it on the outside so that the smoother material is flush against your skin. Looking at my old shorts, the chamois is very soft where it is sewn into the seat with no ridge, so will be looking for something like that. Since reviews can be pretty personal and subjective, other riders may find this model fine.

Budget cost, feature rich
These bike shorts have all that you need. They are made of a light weight compression athletic fabric. They are yoga safe. The chamois is adequate and does not fill the entire front portion of the short (which IMO looks like a diaper on the male figure). They have pockets on the thy area. I would not put my cell phone in them, but keys and other smaller items would be perfectly safe. For the money, these bike shorts offer quite a lot of value.
