I was worried but not disappointed at all!
I was a little worried bc there wasn’t as much info out there as I wanted for black uniformity and other specs for this specific model and the reviews were pretty neutral overall. I am so glad I just took the leap though! This unit is so aesthetically pleasing and also delivers a really gorgeous picture quality and depth of color with both being a second screen with my laptop and also hooked up to my PS5. It’s very intuitive to fiddle with the settings as well to adjust brightness and color as you want, as well as resolution and gaming preferences. 100% satisfied with this purchase. I lucked out and my unit didn’t have any dead pixels, did a pixel test online. And I haven’t really noticed the typical IPS “glow” either, but I don’t use the brightest setting that I feel typically gives that off.

Best color vibrance and smooth picture!
This is the best monitor I've ever had. The colors are more vibrant than my Samsung Odyssey G9 49" and Dell 32" QHD.The picture quality is very smooth as well. The PS5 also looks great on it.

Great working monitor, a little high on the price
No issues with monitor. Seems a bit high on the price for it just being white. $150 to $200 more and no better features than any of the other 1440 monitors from ASUS. You are buying this monitor because it is white to go with your setup. If you do not want the white pick a cheaper monitor and you will have all the same quality.

Do a pixel test online. Asus Gundam edition monitor
Mine had bad a few bad pixels. Nice white gundam version but I feel these are prone to bad pixels like the black version. I had to buy 4 black versions until I got a good one. 1st white gundam edition and bad pixels glaring on black test. Goto google and run a RGB black white test. Be sure to repeat often as they may not be visible at first but may appear during break in period.
