Easy to take..!

I vam a 72 year old male, a diabetic, but otherwise in good health, and STILL working.(I confess… I could lose a few pounds) :)A few years ago I fell and fractured the ball of my right knee.My doctor suggested a knee replacement.I was NOT wanting or willing to get rid of any of my God given equipment just yet, unless there was no other option!I opted for a shot of cortisone, and a knee wrap for support.A few weeks went by, and I was not satisfied with my progress. :(I did a little internet research and started taking MSM twice a day.It’s been over THREE years, I still have my God given knee. . .. . . and I CONTINUE TAKING MSM!!!I’m a believer!-Good luck.

I love the benefits of MSM for relieving muscle soreness. These pills are the largest I’ve ever seen so they’re a bit hard to swallow.

These pills are a bit large but not bad. It took the edge off my pain and soreness. It’s not a miracle drug but it does make noticeable differences.

I have arthritis in my knees that I take Meloxicam for. I originally found MSM in the clearance aisle at my Walmart several months back. I figured it couldn't hurt to try for just a couple dollars. I recommend MSM paired with the Meloxicam. Most days I don't even notice my knees. C:

I have spinal stenosis in the cervical and lumbar regions, multiple levels. I have been taking MSM for about 2 months, I feel better than I have in years. I still have rough days but nothing like before. I have been on every anti inflammatory pharma has, none have come close to working as well as this product.

Horse pills, really. These things are too big to take a reasonable dosage of MSM.
