I bought his for my little two year old grandson. He loves it! It has sound but no moving parts...very safe. His parents are getting ready to build a house and have been working on clearing some land. My grandson takes this with him and cuts down trees (well not really) while the adults are clearing out brush and branches. Very Happy.
