Q: What size are the spade lugs?

The lugs are pretty much all in two sizes. One is very small, and by far the most common is the wider size. The small size is used mostly for small electronic stuff.

Q: On the outer face dose it say rocker switch or not some pics no some yes I can’t have writing on them .

There is no writing on the switches .

Q: can the switch be used for a hi/lo beam on a head light ?

I cannot say for certain however I imagine it could be if tied into the hi/lo headlight circuit properly.
