I bought this for my 22-year-old daughter for. Relief. This size, shape & feel is great. However, It honestly does not heat up enough to make a difference for her. It does not hold the heat and she only used it for a couple days before I ordered her a different type. I would not buy this again.

I heated it for 90 seconds and it was perfect. It stayed warm for awhile and was so comforting.

My boyfriend bought this for me during one of my more extreme cycles with crippling cramps. He had it delivered the next day and oh. my. gosh. I loved it. The only downside I have is that the heat only lasted about 30 minutes, HOWEVER, the pain had dramatically decreased by that point that I didn't need to heat it up again. Girls, you NEED this. It's comfortable to lay on if you need to lay on your stomach, and it works wonders for back pain as well. It's also so soft. I didn't feel uncomfortable with it at all. Even on my sensitive skin. I only gave 4 stars because of the 30 minutes it lasted. Otherwise fantastic.

The shape is the reason I bought it, I thought it was super cute. I wish it got warmer in the microwave, but I found that the heat does last for about 20-30 min until you have to heat it again. I also wish it had better finishing, since I mainly bought it for the design.

I brought this because I grew tired of doing the old fashioned hot rag method for my cramps. I also ran out of the peel off heating patches quickly. However those methods seem to be more effective than this product. Outside of the likable appearance, its use isn’t adequate. The heat barely lasts longer than 30 minutes if that. As such you constantly have to reheat it, while In pain already that becomes an instant inconvenience. Not to mention if you heat it for a minute it isn’t warm enough to last 5 minutes let alone the 30 minutes. But if you heat it in incriminates as instructed it’ll be entirely too hot. Overall, the product needs to be looked over again for its purpose and being able to actually achieve that purpose. I give the design some stars but the effectiveness none at all. I’m quite upset I brought this product.

Heating pad works well for various lower torso uses. Great for lower back pain relief.

I do wish it stayed warm a little longer but overall great price and works as advertised. Good quality.
