お店はナチュラルハーモニーさんで、たまたまなのか一週間で届きました。喉に落とすように入れてから水を飲んで、なんとか飲めました。噛むと味わっちゃうかなと(；'∀｀)これからいろんな飲み方を試してみます。☆4にしたのはこれから飲み始めるためで、とても楽しみにしています。一日１個～４個って書いてあったけど、１個からまず始めてみます。皆さん一日何個位飲んでいらっしゃるのかな(^^ゞ

水と一緒に含んで少しふやかしてから、噛んで平らにしてから飲み込むとだいぶ楽ですよ。

I rarely write reviews, however this is important.Read the label! These vitamins contain excessive levels of B2, B3, B5, B6,and B12!!!I took these vitamins for approximately one year, I only took one or two capsules daily, never four as recommended.Recently I was seen by a Neurologist, labs were ordered for me to check my vitamin levels due to a health issue.My doctor and I were shocked, my B6 levels were over 4,000!!! I was told to stop taking these immediately! Now I have to stop taking all multi vitamins for the next three months. My Neurologist said she can't understand why vitamin manufactors insist on extremely high dosing of B vitamins.

It took a few weeks but I slowly got used to the taste. I only take 2/day since some of the levels are too high imo. My big issue with it is that it contains no iron. As someone that's always had low iron levels (vegetarian for 28 years) this is annoying. I now take a NOW iron 18 mg pills daily. Before I noticed the lack of iron I noticed that I was bruising more easily than usual and felt tired a lot. Even though I try to eat iron rich foods I obviously need a boost. Summary: the pills are great for vegans and my stomach chilled out about them after a few weeks (I do have stomach troubles so I was happy it went away), but get your iron levels checked if you only take this and don't eat meat.
