Mounted spare tire on new boat trailer. Clean installation. Only minor hiccup is that the carriage bolt square shoulder is a little deeper than the mounting plate used for lug bolts (about same as washer thickness), so my “fix” was to place a large washer with inside diameter larger than the carriage bolt shoulder and then attach the nut securing lug bolts. Other than that I’m very happy with this purchase.

Mounted as described, good quality material. Easy to follow directions. Fit my tire well. Adjustable and adapted to the place I wanted to mount well.

This kit was easy to install and holds the spare well above the frame. The jam nuts provided insure that it will stay in place.

Really was easy to put on the trailer frame, adjusts to almost any size, lifts spare up and out from frame and mounts spare securely

Bought this bracket in May and after a couple of months it broke and now my spare tire for my boat trailer is gone. It was taken care of and only taken out a few times. Not only do I have to find a find another bracket but a spare tire too. Buy another product rather than waste your money and put others at risk with this one.
