Visible startup phone card
While visible uses verizon network which is good, when you buy a card for one month of new service, beware. If your phone is not compatible, and some newer phones like some models of Blu and Imdigi are NOT, they will swap your phone with a compatible phone for free, however....you need to first pay for your first months service (again) because their new service cards they do not allow you to use for the first month service if you exchange your phone. The new service card is ONLY valid for your first months service....so you must return the card for a refund because it will NOT work for your first months service with their new compatible swap phone!!!!!!!!

Order from Visible directly or order in plenty of time that the SIM get's turned on and verified.
I was so hopeful, but I can't tell you about the service because I was unable to use it for what I wanted. I can only tell you about my experience. I was headed to the mountains so I ordered the Visible SIM card since they boast of the Verizon Wireless network to see if it would work where no other carriers have had great service. I ordered it over a week ahead of time (it should have come in 5 days prior to leaving). Amazon finally confirmed that the first one got lost in transit. I called on Thursday because we were leaving Friday. Amazon overnighted another SIM card. The SIM card came in 10am on Friday. I spent the next 4+ hours trying to activate the SIM because the verification code on the SIM was not recognized. After 7 messenger chats with Visible tech support they asked if I got the SIM from them or a 3rd party vendor like Amazon or Walmart. I said I got it from Amazon. They said they could not help since their SIM came from a 3rd party vendor. And no, there was no live tech support & they said a manager would take 48 hours to respond. I did not get to try the SIM out to see if it had solid coverage or not in the mountains. After returning from a week in the mountains, I tried again and was able to finally activate it, but it was useless to why I ordered it. Judging by my phone, it does not seem to be any better or worse than AT&T, but I've only used it locally for a day.

Verizon can't do anything right
My goal was to activate voice/text on an iphone 6 that was unlocked that I could give to friends visiting from Europe for local cell service. I chose Visible because it was Verizon and hence I expected the best network (maybe not true but my impression). I got the card - put it in - and could not activate. First, it wanted me to download the visible app. Can't do - as the last IOS provided by Apple for the iphone 6 wasn't as high as Visible needed - so I couldn't download. So - I figured I would use a working phone to call Visible to fix this. They have no published phone number. Started a chat with a person and I won't go through all the steps but it was obvious that she had never activated and Iphone 6. After discussions up the line, it was determined that I had to order directly from Visible as they could preload a phone number and send a working Sim to me. Started that process but it was a mess on their website. For example, my email address has a dash "-" in it. That is internet legal but Visible would not accept it. So, I had to use an alternate email address. Gave up on Visible. Ordered Ultra at 1/2 the price and had it up and running in less than 10 minutes. Its clear that Verizon has decided it needs to get into the Sim delivered wireless access. It is also clear that like anything Verizon - its a CF.

Well worth the money
I bought this for a friend of mine who was having cell phone problems and he said it worked really well. The only problem he had with it was trying to make an account to log into to activate his phone. Besides that he hasn't experienced any problems.

Was unable to activate this sim card
Didn't work and visible couldn't make it work on 2 different phones. I was able to get a new sim sent to me for one phone, and I am not sure why they can't send me a second. I am going to have to buy another one locally and try it. Long wait times with chat service, and when they can't fix it you mysteriously get kicked or they stop talking to you. They only want screen shots of the errors via facebook or twitter, and won't escalate the issues without a screen shot, saying it doesn't work. Very frustrating experience.

The absolute worst phone network ever
I tried for 2 weeks to activate different phones and pay with different credit cards to activate visible. Nothing works. There is no customer service only chat boxes with what seems to be robots they may be humans but they say the same things over and over have you run around in circles. The app and the website are completely useless. Both look like they were made by a sixth grader as a last minute assignment. This network is a joke. You sign up put your IMEI number in address phone number and everything then they just reconnect you to a website with a blank page and you're just stuck there looking at it like okay what do I do now. This makes no sense whatsoever
