It's a scam
Your name is on "a deed" but not "the deed." You definitely don't actually own the land in fee simple, which is the technical term for what most people mean when they say they own something. The description says:HappyLandGifts has bought the property and remains in the role of the owner. The presentee becomes the owner through a lease contract and you get the right to enter the entire property (not only your lot). The lease runs for an indefinite period of time and the payment is permanently settled with the purchase. So you can do pretty much nothing with your tenancy except maybe have a picnic on some extremely out-of-the-way property that, honestly, nobody would notice or care if you frolicked upon without paying 20 quid.Or you can go to a park, which will be easier to get to and more interesting.

Lovely Idea but how can one register?
The Deed and brochures were received in good condition however we have not been able to register it on the website. It keeps returning an error message saying server not reachable. Tried to contact Happy Land Gifts but still no response to our email. Can anyone suggest any tips? Thanks
