Very easy to use, good instructions. I have Reactive Perforating Colagenosis (a very rare skin condition) so I did some research and suggested phototherapy to my dermatologist. He wanted (after insurance) $70 a pop for months of 3x weekly treatments. I did the math and this is by far the better option. I've been using it for about 3 months now and my skin is just about clear. Nothing else worked. I can't recommend this highly enough!

After two years of trying prescription-strength steroid creams and oils, and all the usual shampoos and such, this device is the only thing that moved the needle on my scalp psoriasis. You have to use it every day, and I use it in conjunction with coal tar shampoo (google Goeckerman Regimen), and you'll have to work up to the right time increment without overshooting and essentially sun-burning your scalp, but over 2-3 weeks my patches have retreated 75%, and I expect they'll continue to do so (Goeckerman Regimen recommendation is 6-8 weeks, as I recall?). Itching has also nearly disappeared. My next move was a prescription for one of those expensive, immune-suppressing drugs like Otezla, and this device saved me from going there, so even at the $300 price tag, I feel like it was a great investment.

Shipment was fast. I have only used it once, so end results are pending.

I have only used this on my scalp for a few days. I already seen a tremendous improvement. My scalp was literally driving me crazy. I scratched and picked terribly. Shampooing was the only thing that gave me a modicum of relief. But shampooing so frequently was drying the rest of my scalp. No medications have worked. This seems to do the trick.

After year of trying every product imaginable. This is the only thing that has helped me. I wish I would have bought it sooner. My scalp psoriasis is 99 percent gone after just 3 weeks of using.

This has reduced my girlfriend's psoriasis areas significantly, and much better than any other ointment or prescription medication or treatment in general.

My husband has yucky toe nails. He has tried everything to kill the fungus but nothing has worked so I bought this to see if the UV light can do it.He said that the instruction book was complicated but he got the gist enough to use it.It has been less than a week but we are hopeful.
