Not able to take due to the caffeine from green tea extract. I imagine those that r not sensitive to caffeine would work well

I've been taking these for a month, have not lost a single pound. Yes I have changed my lifestyle and diet. I only eat low carb, low sugar meals. I have increased my daily amount of exercise also. These pills made no difference of any kind whatsoever. Absolutely worthless. You'd be better off drinking water.

I ordered the 3 bottles and took as directed and I think I gained weight instead of losing it.

I have tried everything but decided to try these because of the reviews and glad I did. I snack al the time and eat like crap so losing weight is very hard but with these I get full way faster and snack way less. So far down 4 pounds in 2 weeks buy only taking two of these a day… everything else is the same

Trim Life Keto did take 3 lbs. off the first week...nothing but water weight!! On the advertisement video done by the creator, she indicates to take 1 pill twice a day, but on the actual bottle it indicates 2 pills 3 times a day for best results!! This seems to be nothing but a diuretic. I've stayed with the instructions on the bottle (just getting ready to open the third one) and so far, no additional weight loss. Spend your money at your own risk.

I have tried a variety of supplements in the past, some have worked, some have not, this particular supplement, did not... It did not provide energy, slow my appetite, or increase my metabolism. The only thing it did was make me sweat (a ton) and give me the shakes; the description said one bottle was 1 months worth and stated 1 capsule twice a day. Upon receiving, the instructions on the bottle said 2-3 capsule twice a day, a making 1 bottle supply last 10-15 days and in order for 1 months supply, you have to purchase 3 bottles (I believe it was advertised as a 3 bottle package for a 3 month supply) do not waste your money on this supplement, it does not work. Period

I have been using this product for the past 60 days and it is working. I’ve lost 20 pounds in that time, and am very satisfied. I would highly recommend this!
