Lightweight and not too massive
I needed a bag to carry my spectra pump for work and for an upcoming work trip that involves air travel and pumping during conferences. On the recommendation from previous reviewers mentioning this bag as a ok bag for air travel I decided to order it. I’ve returned the Sarah Wells Claire bag prior to getting this one, the SW bag was too big and too heavy even when empty.. even tho that did have a luggage sleeve. But being 5’2” I need a lightweight bag that isn’t too massive even when fully loaded.Pros:-It’s is smaller and lighter than the Sarah Wells Claire bag-Spectra pump fits on the side with the outsideaccess zippers-Medela cooler fits in the other side without access zipper with at least 1 inch slack. I’m used to using my Medela cooler as it comes with the freezer block so I’m glad this fits well.-Appreciate the black wet bag so you can refrigerate the flanges in the work fridge discreetly between pump sessions. I put the flanges in a ziplock first before putting in said bag-Black and discrete looking-Can fit your pump and pump supplies plus lunch and water bottle avoiding carry two work bags (but will get heavy) this is mostly due to the fact that the space for pump and cooler are not compartmentalized and allow more leeway for your stuff to fit around the pump-Booklet that came with the bag was thoughtful and offers a bit of moral supportCons:-Handles and construction a little flimsy for a bag of this size and faux leather trim material cheap looking for a 80 dollar bag. A little worried about this not holding up with daily use and trip is still a month away-Found loose stitching on the big zipper outside pocket even when new, so some QC issues there-Black nylon material looks a little wrinkled already and it’s only day 2 of use-Skinny handles not terribly comfortable to carry if you load it up with all the stuff you need for work day-Pretty plain jane for the price point and looks just on par with my Medela PISA bag in terms of styleConclusion:Upon unboxing there really wasn’t a wow factor. But having a pump bag helps you stay organized(easier to see if you forgot anything) in the morning when in a rush. So while it is lacking in style and the durability is questionable, there are no comparable light weight bag option out there of similar size (I don’t want a massive bag as I’m petite and all the other bags such as Sarah Wells and the New Yorker are huge). Hope it’ll hold up during my trip in a month.

Roomy, but cheap materials and not well thought out
PROS:This bag is big. I have a new Medela Sonata pump and the bag that comes with it is pathetically small, so this was my primary reason for purchasing this new pump bag and the size does not disappoint. I can fit my pump, a cooler, 4 sets of pumping parts, a wet bag, a hands-free bra, and two small drawstring bags of accessories! Big win! Also, the materials are easy to clean, which is helpful for such a messy process as pumping breast milk on the go.CONS:I have two primary issues with this bag, the material that it is made out of and the configuration of the bag's layout.Firstly, the materials of both the bag and the other items that come with it feel cheap. The faux-leather accents feel stiff and plastic-y and I worry they won't hold up to the wear and tear of everyday use. While lightweight and easy to clean, the material of the bag itself just feels cheap. The drying cloth is nothing more then a cheap piece of terry cloth that is poorly hemmed around the edges and snags on things (like my ring) easily. The wet bag is tiny, overly heavy, stiff, and wouldn't hold any more than one disassembled pump part and bottle (not one SET, just ONE). The mesh bag is nice to have, but again it is cheap and easily snags on things. the quality of these materials is definitely NOT worth the price I paid.Secondly, for a company that supposedly got their start specializing in pump bags, the configuration of this bag and its accessories has some serious flaws that don't make sense to someone who actually uses a breast pump on a regular basis. The compartment where you put the pump is a nice idea and one that many other bags do well. The biggest problem with this one is that there is nothing covering the top of the compartment; it is simply open to the rest of the bag. This means that if you pull the pump out on to the flap like you are supposed to, all the contents of the bag fall into the hole left behind and then you have to unpack the entire bag to put your pump back in. Also, my pump, like many others, has the controls on the top of it, which means that anyting jostling around inside the bag can accidentally turn it on and start hitting buttons randomly (which sucks when you have the settings where you like them and come back to pump and can't figure out why nothing is working the way you set it).The cooler is a little bit taller than the standard, which is nice. However, it has dividers on the inside to keep your bottles separate from one another and a flimsy mesh pocket on the inside of the lid that is supposed to hold your ice pack. No ice pack that fits in this tiny pocket would be enough to actually cool down the contents of 4 bottles. And while the dividers between the bottles are removable, it is silly to even have them when the only ice packs that make sense for coolers of this style have to sit between the bottles, so you're just tossing those dividers anyway. I would have much rather they just include a bottle-divider style ice pack instead of those stupid little foam dividers. The two large pockets inside with elastic around the top are very nice for keeping the bag organized, but it would be nicer to have more of this style of pockets. On the opposite side of the inside, the entire long side only has one tiny zippered pocket and inexplicably a business card pocket (on the inside? Why?!). It seems silly to waste this great real estate with such a small pocket that you can't put very much into.IN CONCLUSION:Since this bag was almost $80, I can't really afford to not use it, so I will keep it and try to focus on how much stuff I can put in it, but if I had seen in a store where I could actually feel it or look inside of it, I would have never made this purchase in the first place. If pump bags are actually this company's bread and butter as they claim, they would benefit from doing some research with people who actually use their products.

Love!
Took a chance on this bag based on reviews and the fact that it was mid range for pumping bag prices. I adore the bag! Thoughtful design and pockets and it's comfortable to carry. Love that I can fit other things besides pumping accessories which makes it a perfect work bag. I just carry this and a lunchbox instead of three different bag every day. I do wish the zipper completely sealed the bag instead of having openings on either side but that's my only complaint.

Everything you need - just add pump!
Love this tote! I use it for my Spectra 2 pump and accessories. I was using a Medela PIS booksack that didn't fit my Spectra well. Plus I wanted a tote over a backpack style. After shopping around and seeing the more expensive options, i'm glad I went with this tote. It's not too big, lightweight, material is easy to clean, so many pockets, has dividers inside for pump and cooler bag and includes so many extras! I love the wet bag, the cooler bag, the mesh bag and the cleaning cloth. Everything I needed was included for half the price of other bags. Just add pump & handsfree bra!
