This pre-work out seems to do what I wanted it for, but again all supplements results are subjective to the user. For me it wakes me up for my 04:30 in the AM Work outs with enough energy to be out of the gym by 6:00 to get ready for work. Will I buy it again? Not sure yet. Great taste and mixes pretty good in water.

There are tons of pre workouts to choose from these days. I came across this and had to try it. This stuff reminds me of jacked when it first came out. It works great and tastes great too!!The first time I tried KTA I took it 30 mins before my workout. I had a solid, successful workout. I even had a good amount of energy post workout.I'll be sure to update my review as I continue to take this stuff . So far I love it and highly recommend it.

I have been taking C4 for over and year and was using 2-3 scoops to get the same energy as with KTA but would get jittery from taking so much.With KTA I only have to use one scoop with 6-10oz of water and I get a ton of energy without the jittery side effect.I don't normally try new products but I had ran out of C4 and a friend at the gym gave me a scoop of his KTA now I'm hooked. A++ highly recommend.

I used this product, exactly as directed, and became nauseous on first use. I did not immediately identify the pre workout as the reason for this nausea, and just left the gym to get some rest. The next time I used this pre workout, I became naseous again. Only this time it was much worse. I became pale as a ghost and got very weak. I felt awful for 2 hours and was stranded at planet fitness due to the incapacitating nausea and weakness. Finally, I vomited 2 huge puddles in the planet fitness parking lot. I have been training for a couple years and have never had this problem, except both times I tried this product. DO NOT BUY. Photo is of one of the massive piles of vomit from this product.

Gives me energy. Just not that explosive, I can do anything feeling I've got with some formulas.

Love this stuff. I've used countless other pre-workouts and I have absolutely no desire to try any more after using KTA.
