Good for travel
Good for what it is. You pay for the brand name but more importantly for the support package. I don’t have the time I used to for fixing glitches and bugs. Think of it like Apple products, you overpay for the hardware but it all just works and has a support team.Only negative was the free support package was almost half way up by the time I purchased it :/

Problems after problems
The media could not be loaded. First it was the driver issue where the lights for the keyboard do not work , then it was the issue of the right trackpad sounding broken. But the next problem was what made me give up and return it where as the display issue. The screen would start flashing if I open google chrome or just do it randomly. Oh and how could I forget the constant crashing . It was a nightmare , all this happened in two days

I loved this laptop!
Super cool and all the colors are awesome!!!The only observation was that we found the warranty expired so we think that's why it was on sale 🤔 but works perfectly

It's Alienware so you know it's top shelf.
I've personally played Elden Ring, Conan Exiles, Spider-Man Remastered, Batman Arkham Knight and more on Ultra for all settings and it's flawless. Spider-Man I did set the amount traffic to low. But I'm sure it would work fine on medium.

Failed after three months.
Liked computer much better than dim keyboard Dell, but it short circuited after three months and had to buy a Dell.

Too expensive for hardware installed, better suited for a young teenager
Ok where and how to begin. If you need a laptop that can run games ok, but for what the hardware installed you can buy a much cheaper laptop with same specs. You can buy a MACBOOK Pro with an M2 Ultra chip. I admit, I should have dove deeper into the specs when I purchased this laptop but, I have a M15R6, and the specs are practically the same with the exception of memory upgrade options which the X15 R! does NOT have so I am stuck at 16GB of memory. Would not recommend this laptop unless you're purchasing it for a 13-year-old who is starting to ramp up in gaming. Most likely will be returning. Furthermore, I received a refurbished unit with an expired warranty at a price of $1500...ridiculous.

I gave it to my grandson for his birthday so I don’t know much about it. But he love it and his mom really like it too
