Louisiana Fish Fry Cajun Etouffee Base 2.65oz (Pack of 12)

Don’t even think about it, just order it. When I used to travel to New Orleans, I fell in love with their food, especially etoufee. The locals told me about this! We've been enjoying this for years and look forward to making it every time. Is it heart healthy, likely not with all the butter required but so what, just don’t eat it everyday. It’s cheap and easy to use. From start to finish, it’s done in 45 minutes. It has a little heat in it but generally I’d say it’s mild. The flavor is superb. We make it for friends and everyone loves it. Serve with some nice French bread to soak up all the sauce. I generally make one pack per two people. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a family favorite. Sauteed green peppers and onions and added to the dish. Also used shrimp along with crawfish and added some extra Cajun spice. Meal fit for a Cajun King!

This is the easy and best tasting shrimp étouffée! It’s delicious. You could take the time to make a real roux, but this is just as good.
