Natural and pure saffron
Used this kesar in a chicken dish and kheer, and the colour and texture is amazing. Had purchased another saffron from a different brand earlier, this is definitely superior quality in the just the colour and fragrance and thread size. It's real kesar!
This kesar seems absolutely pure, natural and organic. It has really strong and pleasant smell. Plus the strands are thick and unbroken. It has a slight bitter tatse if consumed raw. Which proves it's authentic and pure. Just 4-5 strands ina glass of milk is enough for me

Its purity is suspicious
I have not been using Kesar from long time. But whatever I know in last so many years is that milk turns yellowish in color when you boil milk by putting few leaves of Kesar. I tried this but milk color did not change to yellow, it was white only even after 5 min of boiling with 4-5 leaves of Kesar in 1 cup of milk. Since I am not its expert s do not want to directly put a comment but this product failed in its basic test to the level of knowledge I have. If anyone having more knowledge on it can comment, would be great for me to know whether the product is genuine or fake.
