I have some designer frames that I spent way too much money on. They have very thin, almost wirelike, titanium temple pieces that bend just like the vast majority of eyeglasses do. The ends have been flattened out only a very small amount and then was coated with a clear plastic, but not temple tips, to avoid skin touching directly to metal. Unfortunately due to their small size and having to keep the temples bent inward to put a little pressure behind my ears to keep my glasses from sliding down my nose constantly it created really bad sore spots behind my ears. Then I found these!I had tried some of the other silicon temple sleeves sold on Amazon but those did not work due to the small size of the temple pieces they twisted so they were no longer providing any cushioning. These are designed to replace temple pieces that have removable temple tips. Mine don't have those. But, due to the small size of the temple pieces I was able to get these onto my glasses. So much relief AND my glasses stopped sliding down my nose.I am not giving these 5 stars is for just a couple of reasons. All of these silicon temple tips are thicker on one side. I checked them all and the same side is noticeably thicker than the other. I ended up rotating one ear tip so that the ticker side was on the inside. That meant the shape of the end was pointed in the opposite direction but that didn't really matter to me much as I didn't think anyone would notice - and they didn't.The second reason is that these only lasted 6 months. Not horrible but I would have expected at least a year. Thankfully they are not terribly expensive and multiple pair are provided. Still highly recommend if your temple pieces are making canyons in your mastoid bone.

Very easy to install and they seem well-made. They hold on to the arm of my aviators better than the originals.

It fits but durability wise we will see how long it will last,

I put these on my wire frame glasses to pad the curved temples behind my ears. That night, my Standard Poodle extracted the glasses from the case and ate the ear pads, then proceeded to eat the nose pads, and then chewed on the lenses.I conclude that these pads are particularly tasty for poodles, if you have a poodle, I would suggest you avoid this product, otherwise, this is a pretty good product.

These went on very easily and stayed on for a day. After a day the slipped off everytime I removed my glasses. Took a few days for them to slip off without removing my glasses. My best guess is they stretch more and get more relaxed with warmth. I used gel super glue on the wire end of my glasses and slipped them on. They pushed the gel up to a glob at end so I smoothed that out and let it dry. They do not come off anymore. Perhaps there is a better option to secure them to slim metal glass frames. Larger frames should fit and stay better. They are so soft it is very comfortable but now wondering how long they will last. There were more in a package so I can replace if needed.
