This is my 3rd month. I like this product overall. I use all three products daily. Green in morning (kind of a mint flavor), Red in afternoon ( kinda a berry) , Gold at night, drink it hot ( not sure how to describe but has underlying sweetness to it) Gold is my favorite. First- I am 50 lbs over weight. I started this product hoping to get vitamins and nutrients i dont get. I have a sedatary job, i definately dont eat the best. I dont like vegies, and i like sweets..if Hostess had a diet plan I could stay on it! . Oh I my exercise consist of walking 2 blocks from my car to work and back to my car. With that said: The POSITIVES: I noticed that i wasnt craving sweets at night, i honestly noticed i was going for a snack now out of habit, not because i was hungry or craving sweets. (I have broke myself of eating out of habit and the Gold drink i think helped that) My 2pm energy crash went away. People started telling me i didnt look so tired and that they could tell in my face i was losing weight. My sleep improved and i was waking up feeling rested. The NEGATIVE: The green and Red you mix with cold water. They dont dissolve well and can be chunky. I did find if you buy a small metal wisk, that helps break up the chunks. I personally bring my wisk with me to work. I wisk mine in 4 - 6oz of water and drink it down in one fast setting. The flavor is not outstanding but its not disgusting either. The Gold you mix with hot water like tea. I like the flavor so i drink it while watching TV. I have not changed my eating habits but i have noticed that i dont eat as much and i dont have the cravings for ice cream, cookies and pastries like I did. I still eat them occasionally when i get the urge. This product works well for me as long as I use all 3 daily!

The green powder still has a bit of a...well, let's face it...a "green" taste to it, but it's not that strong. It's certainly heaps better than any of the other (many) green powders I've tried. It actually has a bit of a minty taste to it - which probably helps. It dissolves quite well. I just stir it up in a small glass of water.The red powder doesn't seem to dissolve as well as the green one, but it still does a decent job. Again, I just stir it into a small glass of water - no need for rigorous blending. The taste wasn't that bad - but I certainly wouldn't want to "sip it as an enjoyable beverage during the day" as some reviewers have indicated. I still prefer to gulp it down quickly.The gold powder is my favorite. I add a scoop to a small mug of warm water (it dissolves quite nicely), add a couple dashes of pumpkin pie spice, and top it off with a very small splash of vanilla creamer, and it's quite enjoyable. (Without the creamer, it has a bit of a "bite" to it - probably the black pepper.) I've actually started craving the gold drink before bed.Overall, I've noticed a different to my health using all 3 products. Better energy. More stable moods. Definitely better digestion. The gold drink has helped me relax and sleep a lot better, too.It's expensive, but the ingredients are superior and, like I said, it's the best green powder out of the bunch that I've tried.

I love the green and I love the gold. I like the red. The only thing that people need to know about the red is that it has a high concentration of beets and I’m not a huge beet fan, but still getting a five star rating it still taste good. The green is a little bit minting very refreshing in the morning the gold I freaking love warmed up at night and a half slept better. I know I’m only three days in. I’ll report back maybe in like a month.

All 3 powders, the green, red and gold, are tasty and easy to drink. They mix well and have minimal sediment. The ingredients seem legit, though after taking them for only 1 day I can't speak to the effects yet. I looked for specific recommendations on when to take each for maximum benefit but couldn't find anything than the minor blurb on the containers. After doing some research I may still purchase a different kind of green drink to supplement a few ingredients this one is missing. Overall happy with the purchase so far!
