Q: I keep getting my memory card is slow message. What's the solution? I got a fast sd card from Samsung and it's can't be that slow.

They made difference 'class' memory cards, so while yours might be 'fast' it may not be fast enough. Make sure you compare what class mem card you have with what class mem card Vantrue requires. My guess is, its a mismatch. You probably have an 8 and they require a 10.

Q: With large memory card, can it record full time during parking mode. Or does it only record with vibration/collision?

Many thanks for your inquiry. There are 3 modes to choose from in parking mode: collision detection, time-lapse recording, and motion detection. If you need the dashcam to record the whole time during parking, you can choose time lapse. If you only need to record motion or collision, you can choose motion detection or collision detection.
