I got this for my Chicco Lullaby Dream playard, to sit on top of the hard wood planks it comes with. The mattress is the exact same size as the wooden planks the playard comes with, but because of the nature of a mattress, being that it is 3" thick and softer than wood, it appears to have about a 3" gap with the edge of the playard long ways (see photos). But since it's the same as the wood of the playard, it will be easy to cover both with a fitted sheet. I just would have preferred a snug fit. 41" long would be ideal for this playard, but no one makes that, and I did a lot of research. This is the closest.The mattress itself is nice! No weird smells and clean. It came wrapped in thick plastic inside the cardboard shipping box. I definitely recommend the firm (as opposed to the med-firm) because I got the firm, and I would not go any less firm than that, even for a toddler. It's pretty soft for firm, but should be fine.Most of all, I like that it's "organic" though I'm not sure how latex can be organic. I guess it means no chemicals were added to the processing. The wool cover (which is not removable) is definitely organic, so that's a huge plus.Overall, I would recommend, but check your playard dimensions and if you want it snug, skip it for the Chicco playard (and good luck finding one that is snug).

I have a smaller version of this mattress for a travel pack and play. The mattress is great so I decided to buy a large one for the crib. Unfortunately, it came with lots of black hairs on it indicating that it was most likely a mattress that have been returned by a previous customer. Unfortunately, my baby needed it for this week since the travel pack and play is with a relative. For this reason, I will have to keep it, but I’m EXTREMELY disappointed to receiving a used products with hair all over it especially considering the price I paid.

Just arrived and placed in our Arm's Reach mini co-sleeper--fits nicely and seems much more comfy than the mattress/board that came with the co-sleeper (it looks like a mini version of our own latex mattress). In the co-sleeper, it does raise the sleeping surface an inch or more, which seems fine. But two things to know: First, as mentioned in another review, the latex mattress is covered by a sewn-on wool cover, so it ought to be covered with something waterproof to protect it. The seller has an option, but for now we're using the less pricy (and less perfectly fitting) 15x30 bassinet covers from Naturepedic. Second, if you're wanting this for your AR Co-sleeper, note that this mattress does not include an internal board, which is needed for it to rest evenly on the frame. Rather than placing this mattress atop the original, we just cut a 2-layer piece of cardboard (approx. 17-1/4 x 31), which does the trick... though, alas, cardboard may not be nontoxic either.

It smells fairly strongly of latex which is to be expected. Just not the most pleasant smell. It’s comfortable and fits like a glove in the Graco pack n play. I probablyShould have gotten the 2” instead of 3” because I can see my daughter climbing out of the pack in play here in the next 6 months with the extra height from the mattress.

I've only had it for a couple months, but I feel much better about where my toddler sleeps until she's ready to move out of the pack n play. The latex is firm but comfortable and I'm glad there is a wool cover. I would prefer the cover be removable for easier cleaning of the wool and latex. I've added a padded cotton mattress protector to help prevent any accidents getting to the mattress. I'm hoping the latex will prove durable and I can use this for any future children I have and then be able to pass it on to someone else.

I love this mattress, high quality and feels really cozy for our baby. I recommend buying a king size waterproof pillow case to keep it completely save for baby accidents. I purchased Ely's & Co "Waterproof Bassinet Sheet ,No need for Bassinet Mattress Pad Cover, 2 Pack Grey Chevron and Polka Dots,Unisex for Baby Boy and Baby Girl" and they fit just enough to make it totally work with this product. At first there was too much air between the mattress pad and the fitted sheet, but once you put the waterproof pillow case on it and then add the fitted sheet it sucks up some of the air and makes it just perfect!

This is the mini version of our mattress (from a different company), for our coming-soon baby. It is very firm, but still has enough give that I think it'll be perfect for the baby. Clean smelling, no chemically off-gassing smells. Fits our co-sleeper perfectly.
