USA ( United States America ) Review
For those Americans like myself that want a awesome phone and who use a crap load of RAM, game, stream, etc. This is an awesome phone for you in terms of performance. Now that being said this phone was not designed for the USA market and lacks full support for the major cellphone carriers specifically for (4G or LTE) signals. This phone does support 3G and works great inside the city. Now this phone is not compatible with Verizon or Sprint. This phone is compatible with T-Mobile and AT&T. I use Straight Talk which gives me the best of both T-Mobile and AT&T.I give this phone 5 stars, it's awesome, fast, switching between apps and games is instantly and multi tasking has never been easier. No reloading of apps or games between switching back and forth.I'm attaching a few phones, beware my phone is already in a case and screen protector. And the new USB -C does not seem to charge as fast as I was expecting. This phone is rated to charge at 5V 2.1A (10watts) or 9V 1.7A (30watts).UPDATED (July 12th 2017)- This phone only fast charges while the screen is off and not in use, not something I do often.- This phone lacks an IR blaster or IR remote control ability.- This phone does not come with the built-in feature of mirror screen, also refered to as smart cast. Which is casting your phone screen to your TV or steaming device like a Roku, fire stick, chrome stick.

Great Phone!!
Although all the instructions that came with the phone was all written in Chinese but once i learned how to change the langauage selection on the phone it was easy to use. I am satisfied with the design of the phone as well as with the phone.Thanks.

Might be tmobile fault
I like how similar it is to the Note 5 but T-Mobile doesn't recognize your phone even though it is unlocked. This thing is slow because of that reason. I do wish that it came with a music app installed that DOESN'T HAVE ADS!

The T-Mobile tech loved the phone and said that he wished that T-Mobile ...
Bought 2 (one for me and one for my wife) a little over two months ago. Successfuly Googled how to do a factory reset. It successfully reset both phones to the factory default, which seemed to be Korean (or Japanese or Chinese, etc). Did this several times to both phones thinking 'surely I must have missed something the last time'. No luck. Gave up that approach and decided to work my way through the "Settings" menu entries. Unfortunately, that meant that I had to initialize the phones, guessing at answers. That took a nervous 5-10 minutes. After that I began the Settings menu, walking down every branch until, after 10-15 minutes, I finally stumbled upon a menu item that listed multiple languages. I picked English and Success:).I took away one star for the lack of step-by-step instructions on what to do if your phone reset to anything other than English. Also, even though I ordered two phones on the same Amazon order (two different colors), they arrived on two different days, which was a bit frustrating. That said, I was able to use the phone's Samsung SW to successfully move from an Asus Zenphone 2, 6" (mine) and a Google Nexus 5. We are on T-Mobile. I was able to move my mini SIM as a Micro SIM over to my new phone without going in. I went in for the Nexus, as I didn't want to pop it open myself. Everything went off without a hitch. The T-Mobile tech loved the phone and said that he wished that T-Mobile and Samsung offered it in the US. It took 2-3 days before the phone's had finished downloading all of their updates from Samsung. We used the phones just fine in the US for a month before flying out to the Caribbean. It picked up HSPA+ in the US. The phones are working fine in the Caribbean, though we've had to turn on GPS and do a reboot after landing, once or twice, before it would pick up the local free carrier. We haven't had to use the second SIM slot yet (thanks to T-Mobile), but that was why I picked this phone (Vietnam, etc).Wife picked a folding cover and I picked a clear rubber bumper and a more substantial protector, plus several tempered glass covers (I was cracking one each season with the Asus in a rubber bumper!). This phone is so light that it is amazing. It is a shame to put it in a case, as even the rubber bumper doubles its size (though it also makes it tougher to slip out of your hand). My wife was originally against upgrading from a 4.9" to a 6" phone until she held this in her hand. She now loves the light weight and larger size of this phone, making it an even more effective substitute for a computer/tablet. She said that she thought that it would be too big, but that it is not. I guess that you can say that sometimes more is more!I put a 64GB UAS-1 card in each for pictures, as I find it faster to move them from the phone to the computer via the card. I have done that a few times now, without a problem.Camera: takes nice pictures, though I miss my Asus camera App. The Samsung camera finally adds animated GIF and panorama after the final phone SW upgrade. Still not as feature rich as the Asus version (which, as of this review, is not available for this phone).Contacts: Downloaded the Asus contacts App, which combines the phone and contacts, saving one space at the bottom. The only issue seems to be low volume through the headset! I am sure that there is SW to fix that.I miss my Asus clock, too....
