Dr. Ergin really puts out good supplements that really help those of us who are diabetic and have hypertension. MY AIC is down to 5.7 and I am no longer taking diabetic medication. Of course, you will see results with a good diet of eating healthy.

I can really feel the difference in my overall energy since I began taking Dr Ergins multivitamin complex. I have avoided the mid afternoon slump since I started this particular vitamin. I am already on my second bottle. The value is amazing…worth every penny and I am so happy I’ve found this supplement to add to my routine!

Only 2 tabs and very tolerable for someone like me who has difficulties taking vitamins!!

Was not effective for me. Did not see any improvements in any way.

I follow him on YouTube and decided to try the vitamin and it made my stomach soooooo upset even with food! Tried to crush and put it in a smoothie or on a salad and no matter what I tried my stomach was upset! Also, from him videos he said we should NOT take the magnesium he has in this vitamin!Not sure what ingredients made my stomach upset but it was wasted money! From not following his own advice on the magnesium I shouldn't have tried this vitamin but like most you are desperate for a solution to get off medformin!! Try something else, this is NOT the fix he says it is!

I stopped talking it. Was taking other medications.
