Absolutely wonderful customer service! My original massager arrived on the day it was expected, I went to plug it in, and as I pushed the plug in, it snapped in half. I was so upset as now I had no charger as it's nothing like any chargers I own. I contacted Andria Black and explained the situation and sent a picture. I only asked that the charger be replaced as the massager was for. Andrea was so kind that she sent me a brand new sealed box with a new massager and everything. She was more than kind and I highly recommend this product.

Its alright . It looks nice and for the price is fine. But it doesn't hold a charge for very long and sometimes won't turn off !

Darn thing never worked!
Received the shipment quickly, read instructions and charged the unit, unfortunately it would not operate after charging, filed and received return authorization, therefore I cannot recommend purchase due to poor quality.
