R-Alpha version is the best
R-Alpha Lipoic acid is the type to buy, it's the more bioactive form, far more efficient form than the other forms.Even R-Alpha Lipoic acid mixed with Alpha-Lipoic, or S-Lipoic acid acid makes it less efficient, the R-Alpha form is more expensive, but you're paying for the quality, and the bioavailability.It helps and it works!

Good but not treated right in delivery
This is the 2nd time I've ordered this particular supplement. Am pleased not a lot of extra ingredients and seems to cause no digestive or other issues. Unfortunately the delivery driver left package on my porch in full, hot sun even though there was a container (labeled for packages) sitting right beside package???When I opened the package it was extremely hot inside and the bottle was really hot. That's not how supplements should be treated. So, to be on the safe side, I had throw the bottle away. Maybe I should be buying my supplements from health food stores in future. Just a thought!

These are good - but the per cost value and convenience of the 300mg high-dose time-release are slightly better economically.
