I've been getting sore muscles from being at my desk the whole day while trapped in the house from Covid with not too much exercise. I decided to give this a try. The gun comes in this nice box that has pretty good packaging and would make a decent gift. The gun itself is made out of pretty solid material and feels like a high quality product.When I started using it the massaging action is much stronger than I expected, which is good because that was my main worry when ordering the product. Also comes with a number of attachments, though I haven't tried them all yet. It did relieve my muscle pain, so I would recommend this product.

That's why my approach to health can be summarized in one word: SIMPLE.I'm not about fancy stretches or complicated workout routines.I prefer to not taking pain medication or pain creams on my target pain areas. I've tried using the AEVO massage gun without using those two typical treatments and I can tell you there as been much-needed relief and a major improvement in my lifestyle.I use forms of recovery modalities like a foam roller for my calves or targeted/deep therapeutic massage for my back or the entire body. I like therapeutic massage but it can get expensive.The AEVO is a great investment that keeps paying for itself. (It's not much more than an average price of one massage session so it's a gift that keeps giving)As I mentioned, I suffer from plantar fasciitis. I use a lacrosse ball or golf balls for rolling on the soles of my feet for my plantar fasciitis. I also occasionally have upper back pain in my rhomboids area/shoulder blades.This tool helped all those areas. This is not a relaxing type of tool. It can be tender in some areas and cause some discomfort. But you'll feel better afterward. It increases blood flow in those areas, loosens up muscles and tendons, and just plain works.If you something to aid in your recovery then a "percussion" type therapy tool such as the AEVO massage gun I feel would be extremely helpful and useful for you.For example, for my plantar fasciitis, I use the gun heavily in my lower legs like the calves and work my way all the way down to the underside of my feet, moving in straight line fashion (from the heel towards one of my toes and back down to the heel again to repeat towards another of my toes) I spend a few minutes total on each foot Let me tell you, this has helped me when I get up in the morning. I feel so so much better.What's also great is that you don't have to be skilled in the area you just have to hold the tool over the trouble areas and spend 30 seconds to 1 minute and go over the next area. This massage gun quiet, too, if you're concerned about sound/how loud the device is.I have added using AEVO massage gun as part of my evening/pre-bed routine, whether or not I exercised that day. My sleep has improved TREMENDOUSLY. I feel extremely well-rested and great in the morning.Also, if you have a partner, you can have a partner's therapy night where one can use the AEVO on each other. Great way to pamper your partner and relieve some stress.Aside from pain recovery and relief, sleep benefit is a major plus in my life. Can't recommend the AEVO enough!

Have read loads about these guns, and due to suffering from numerous muscle aches decided to give it ago. There are more expensive ones but i believe they all do the same job. This is very well made, and isn't too heavy for continued use. Loads of different attachment, i have only tried the ball on my legs and have to say i was really impressed. Very quiet to use and after about 10 mins, it felt like i had had a proper therapy massage. Only used it once, so can’t comment on battery life, says it lasts about 6 hours. The quality is very nice does not feel cheap and nasty and comes with a nice case to keep everything.Overall i’m very happy with the purchase.

I’ve been wanting a massage gun for a while and the wait was worth it. To start the box that it came it was designed really nicely. It had a magnetic opening which impressed me. The gun charged quickly and has held that charge after I’ve tried it out all evening. It comes with 6 different heads and the gun speed is also adjustable. This is a great product for the price!!

I bought this for my husband and he loves it. He uses it on his legs every night. It is great because of the different levels of pressure. These message guns can be very expensive. I felt that this one was reasonably priced. It was well worth the money. It also comes with several different heads. I was pleasantly surprised!!
