The media could not be loaded. I bought this mini PC to connect to the TV in my bedroom for light computing and media use.The stick is very easy to set up and you set it up just like you would any other PC.Once you have signed into windows you’re ready to go. After first set up and sign in I left it for a few hours to do some important updates which I would highly recommend.Once all the updates had been completed the stick was ready to use.I have a Plex media server in my home and this PC stick manages to play all my content easily which is exactly what I wanted. The stick fits nicely begin my TV so is not in view at all. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse connected to it which work great.I can now watch all my streaming content from my non smart TV in my bedroom thanks to this mini PC.I can also do some light computing like manage a spreadsheet, browse the internet, manage my photo and video collection etc.it’s fast enough to manage different apps and windows open at the same time.The WiFi connection is excellent and manages a strong connection to my home WiFi with no issues at all.Overall I am delighted with this mini PC and for the price it has surpassed my expectations.

I was not able to get much use out of this device - it restarted intermittently pretty much from the get go and eventually bricked altogether.The sellor was not able to resolve the issue remotely and cut communication once remote options had been exhausted, failing to take responsibility for selling a product with latent defects.Very disappointed both with the product and the vendor.

The compact size and profile are ideal for plugging into the back of a monitor or TV, and for travel. I needed something inexpensive for work applications I couldn’t run on my MacBook, and this fitted the bill. The deal clincher was the 8GB of RAM and low price point compared to other products. The setup process was very straightforward, and everything worked without a hitch. It is ideal for applications that do not require a lot of processing power – Word, Excel and most business application However, don’t expect high performance for processor intensive applications or games.

We bought this for an office to display a digital noticeboard and FlightRadar. Configured it the same as any other Windows 10 PC and it runs quite happily attached to a TV and WiFi.This type of machine is well-suited to low-resource tasks like web browsing and document writing. I wouldn't want to use it for anything more intensive (because that's not what they're designed for).Overall excellent value for money, and a speedy response from the seller regarding the Windows 10 activation process.

Able to connect to monitor directly as well. It supports for high-speed data transfer. It offers an excellent 4K HD viewing experience. It keeps working quiet and stable because of fanless design. With large memory,capacity and dual WiFi, It makes work fast and effective.Over all, I will highly recommend this useful mini PC stick.

Great product. This unit replaced a failed Intel Compustick & was an excellent choice. Windows 10 pro was a huge bonus. totally please with this purchase. Fast delievry and easy to setup.This computer runs office 365 and is used for powerpoint presentations on a big screen.Good price, great product.

Whatever I did with this piece of cheap rubbish, it would not display. Once or twice I got a display, enough to input my wireless password, then it said it needed to reboot and once it did, the same stupid black screen of nothing.Don't waste your time on this trash, returned already.

There seems to be a random problem with Microsoft's servers that can prevent the initial system set up routine from working. This leaves the the screen permanently hung on "Just a minute". However the seller made every effort to help me through by-passing this problem, and after a couple of attempts the little Mini Computer now works very well.Full marks to the seller for back-up and a good product
