I have been using it for more than 15days .Everyday i use to cycle around 8 - 10 km .. so far no issues . some sounds are coming from handle bar, but its fine.Go for it budget friendly,on time delivery, Good packaging and assembling tool and manual is provided which is very helpful.

Update: Inspite of everything, damaged and missing parts, zero customer service for in warranty spares replacement and bad delivery and packaging, the bike is finally out of warranty after 06 months and I'm glad it did'nt break down. Thanks. Upgrading the rating to 4/5.Poor packaging, delivery. Carton was unsealed, broken in several areas, with handlebars jutting out, torn remnants of an Amazon Prime seal, appeared as passed on returned goods. The delivery men pleaded with me to accept & check the parts so I reluctantly accepted the package. They had carried the heavy 20 kg package to the ninth floor using stairs. Most parts were okay, the assembly was a breeze. The detailed instruction manual needs some serious editting. Did receive a photocopy of the original manual and no warranty card. The tool supplied is flimsy. Keep ur own spanners ready for a DIY. Not worth giving Rs 550 extra to the technician who only tightens some nuts and bolts. Right lock nut of the handlebar and right handlebar cap was missing. The left pedal ball bearing was damaged as if someone had tried to hammer it in. The left handlebar was not welded properly and might come apart at the point if force is exerted.Overall the exercise bike is strong, stable, sturdy and smooth. The resistance knob is responsive. The digital console which requires a single battery actually works. The crankshaft, pedal movement, fan wheel movement is super smooth. The belt is of good quality. The seat and handlebars are padded with good quality foam though I would have preferred a narrower seat. The seat is a bit too wide for comfort. I don't find any difference between the Reach Air Bike and the BeatXp one. Maybe in the finishing and customer service which is not apparent in online pics and reviews esp the welded portions. But Customer Service and Technical Support was quick to respond and they sent me a package containing nuts and caps but the ball bearing is not of the original size and they sent the seat nut instead of the missing nut. Later on I noticed the erroneous welding of the left handlebar and have claimed warranty at beatxp.com. Hope they send the replacement parts quickly.The handlebars and moving parts need to be lubricated periodically for smooth operation. At Rs 5000, could'nt have asked for more but the defective items should'nt have been sent at all. Please mention alongwith ur discount coupon exactly how bad a few parts would be. The customer can then take an informed decision and decide whether to opt for your special coupon. Overall, a decent product. Do try it. The others r not much better 😃. This one is far cheaper. Hope customer care responds and you get a good piece.

Overall a nice product for your daily workoutsand built quality is also goodWriting again after requested for service in gurantee periodThe representative of the company told that if you give five star reviews, then we will give you one year warranty. If you use five stars review and then give you one year warranty.If you demand service within the guarantee period, they do not listen to you at all, do not even pick up the phone.

A generic model sold under many brands . Saw a video of another brand and assembled this . It will help if you have some basic tools rather than rely on the tool supplied. The trip meter is very flimsy be careful, as it goes only with RPM it is of not much use .I took time to adjust it and use it . I am a senior citizen and use it for body muscle tone ,it is adequate . I use it only to cycle , free hand exercise for rest of body . Will move it indoors during the costal monsoon.

It helps people who can't go to gym or do any specific workout especially. 20-25 mins on this bike gives full body workout. I would recommend not to get a guy to do assembling as it's pretty easy to install if you watch video on YouTube. Perfect for those who can't take out time to go to gym, or if you are not consistent with exercise at all as you got no excuse when you have a bike sitting at home which you can use as per your schedule.

Easy to assemble,good product quality ,worth the money,but disc and back rest are missing

There are some design issues like left handlebar's bottom screw touching the wheel cover when doing crossfit & pedals hurt the bottom of feet if rode without shoes/slippers.Overall, it does its job. Good product under ₹4000.Go for it, if you don't wanna spend a lot.
