Handle cracked within a week. Thus has only been hand washed and never dropped.Also the filter allows tea debris through.Maybe use a better quality wood, and add a removable wire mesh to the existing clay filter?Still a good cup though, just keeping an eye on the wood and I'm careful when I get to the bottom half of the tea when I drink

Beautiful mug, nice textures and materials, but expensive for what it is. The shape of the lid makes the condensation fall out and on the sides- I recommend tilting the lid so you don’t have a puddle of tea when it’s ready.

Finally able to find a tea mug with filter that's also made of Ceramic and not those plastic kind that kills the tea flavor

If you enjoy looseleaf tea’s this cup makes life easy. Especially if you just want one cup at a time.

I have enjoyed my time with this cup these past few months but began noticing leaks --??? -- discovered that the inner lining (ceramic or some such) has developed micro-cracks (spidery) and the outer shell is somewhat porous so I now have a non-usable item. Sad, but again, look at where it is manufactured.

Gifted this to my brother in law. He loves it and uses it daily.

Handle Broke within 24 hours. Not abused at all, not dropped. Simply just broke off.Totally disappointed. Waste of money

I bought this for my mother for Christmas and it arrived broken. Disappointing for how expensive it was... she said she'll keep it anyway since she wanted a cup of tea.Just a shame it came broken
