So far, so good. Very easy to use. I use windex spray on the laminate floor and using a little pressure it removes dirt and scuff marks.

It’s always fun to use this rotating circular electric mop. It makes the chore go faster with less effort. My first purchase of a different brand worked for a few months but suddenly stopped working. Of course I tried charging it up for several hours, but no go.The complaint I have about this mop is that the control on the handle is too close to my hands so I keep hitting it and the mop keeps stopping. A little too convenient placement, but better than a foot pedal. And sometimes I have trouble keeping the mop level with the floor, so it is twirling partially in the air, like crazy. But I can overcome that.

I used this fun Ogori mop for several months. I set it aside while hired cleaners used other equipment. So, it sat unused and not recharged for a while. When I wanted to use it next, it would not hold a charge. I contacted customer service who sent a replacement battery along with installation instructions. After the easy installation, I was not successful in getting the mop to run. Customer service very quickly (and very kindly) sent a replacement mop. I charged it and it works very well.There is advice on the charger to be charged and discharged once every one month. I plan to follow that instruction. I’m a pleased customer.

It worked great while it lasted but it broke after 5 months. It won’t charge anymore. Definitely not worth your money.

Very easy to assemble. Very quiet. I used it on a laminate floor in my kitchen. It is not very heavy. So it’s hard to get the floors clean. If you push down on it to help clean the floors, it will bog down. I am returning it because it did not do a very good job.

This product is very easy to use and the battery last long. The polishing is so effortless and within few minutes am done with my 1000 sqft floor. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a perfect job done on their floor. I also like the idea that the mop size is small and storage is very convenient. I can’t say enough great things about this mop except to say go get one for yourself and you won’t regret itThank you for a great product

I love my flooring; however, it's not the waterproof kind. So for 5 years I've used the Bona spray mop, but it just never seemed to get the floors really clean and I'd still have to scrub difficult spots by hand. I started seeing electric spin mops and thought they would be perfect, but they were all steam mops and that's a no-no for my floors as well. I finally searched Amazon and decided on this one, and I'm so happy I did! I used to procrastinate mopping but now I'll mop 2-3 times a week. The mop is very lightweight, quiet, the handle is a comfortable length (I'm 5'8"), and the battery holds plenty of charge for my 2,500 sq. ft. area (takes about 30 minutes). I couldn't be happier with the purchase!

Has made clean much easier. Nice and lightweight, easy to maneuver, good battery life just wish it was a little more powerful.
