It works!
I'm in my garage daily to sew and do crafts. I open the garage door often, but I still do not get enough sunlight. I believe light therapy works for me and my depression. I feel good throughout the day. Prior to using this light therapy lamp, I felt down, tired and just blah. My daughter has depression as well, she purchased a light therapy lamp and has had great results from using it daily. This lamp has different levels of brightness and has a good timer. Sometimes I forget to turn it off.

Portable, easy to use, very essential for wfh
Just set mine up today for my son who loves to stay indoors and video game. I believe this will help him sleep better and feel healthier. I like that it is UV free and bright like natural sunlight.

Light Therapy Lamp
I had this for quite a while and love that it is UV-FREE and the timer still works. The therapy lamp is a great size, home, work and vacations.

Compact therapy light
We purchased two of these therapy lights for a family member who suffers from Seasonal Affect Disorder. We have used a number of different lights over the years, and we have noticed the illumination dulls over time. This light in particular is amazingly bright and compact, and fairly inexpensive to replace over time. We have one in the family room and one in the bedroom. Very pleased with the product.

Variable Brightness and Compact
Quick and easy unboxing. Immediately useable. Compact. 3 brightness settings. Haven't used the 30-minute timer, yet. Pleased considering the price.Suggested Improvements:1. chargeable battery (must plug in for power now);2. Variable timer settings (30m only offered)

Sun lamp!
Wow I love this product. I am a high school teacher and I bought this a month before school ended. I truly felt more energized. I would turn the timer on during my planning period and found myself feeling less stressed. I recommend it! Super easy to use too

Bright, yes. Like sunlight, no.
It's great for light and has 3 brightness settings. But the type/color is more of a white light than what I feel the sunlight should be. Was expected a bit more warmth in the light and brightness. If you want bright this is perfect. If you want something that feels more like sunlight, get something else.
