Phone arrived a little late, but living where we are, it is not unusual, no issues with quality though, I use it mainly as 'spare' but use wifi very regularly, it quick and easy to use, I'm very happy with price and quality of product, would recommend this for first - android - phone maybe for young teenagers, you can load all apps without any issues. Very pleased.

Could be a great phone except mine has a very annoying issue where every now and then the screen just goes black and will not respond to any input. Pressing the unlock light only illuminates the bottom three LED's. The only way to recover it is either to pull the battery out or hold the unlock button for around 3 seconds and kinda guess where the reboot button would be on the screen if it did light up, press in that general area and then guess where the "do you really want to reboot" yes button is and tap in that general area. Then it will reboot and work for the next few hours. Scanning through the Archos forum archives I am not the only one to have reported this issue. I have logged a customer care case with Archos and will be sending the phone in for repair. However for a phone that is less than 6 weeks old this is nonsense and in fact has done it since day one. Not particularly fast either and whilst it claims to have 4Gb of internal memory I can only see around 2.5 under the storage section. Additionally good luck trying to find a cover for it. The only one I managed to get was a very clumsy generic one off eBay. I have since bought a Samsung S3 DUOS which is what I should have done in the first place. As soon as this comes back from repair it is going on eBay.

The phone itself is such a great phone, my daughter prefers the set up to her iPhone, it dose however have a tendency to turn itself off which can be really annoying, but for the money its a good phone

Very happy with this phone & for the price it's very good. Would recommend to friends and family without any hesitation.

Simple to use, works well, long talk and stand-by time, quick charge time.........easy enough for an oldie to use!!
