Updated review: Contacted seller via email, got a quick response. They asked for the video for how we were trying to connect with the app and our low voltage transformer spec. Found out that we were using Hampton Bay 12V AC transformer. These lights require a 12V DC transformer. Once we changed our transformer, lights got detected in the SmartLife app immediately. Seller support stayed connected with us while we troubleshooted the issue. Great product support and follow ups!Initial review: RGBW lights are not detected in the Smart Life app. We tried all the methods described in the online articles. It seems that the lights are missing some bluetooth sensor or a wifi controller, which is why app is not making any connection with these hardscape lights.No response from the seller. No product support.

These lights were easy to work with. They give off the right amount of light for my driveway.

I used these to replace dual 10wt halogen light fixtures in my steps.Easy to install but they are not very bright, they cast only a small area of light.

Awesome lights and great price. These lights are solid and well constructed. Our sprinklers hit half of them and we’ve had zero issues. Wish I did this a long time ago.

RGB lights need to connect to the Smart Life app to be used. However, pairing mode cannot be activated. User manual only says “Turn the light on and off repeatedly until the light to be [sic] flashing.”I have not heard back from the seller, Teekuv. Amazon support was unable to assist with activating pairing mode and simply offered a replacement or refund. A refund would be great if I hadn’t already spent hundreds of dollars in installation costs. Now I have to go without lights or delay the whole project.I will update the review if the seller ever gets back to me. For now, save yourself the trouble and stay away from these.

Using these as backlights for sconces on our pool, and love them!!

Good materials. Would have liked built in quick connectors as wires hang out and need to be taped but still look a little messy. All ten worked out of box. Lighting is more white than warm but not too bad.

This is a review of the Teekuv 4-pack of 12-inch landscape lights.Installation:Before ordering these lights, you need to be aware that you only get the actual lights themselves (with the mounting screws and anchors). To make them work, you will need a 12V transformer, a method to connect the wires up, and in my case a main lead wire from the transformer. I used an old Malibu light transformer and main wire that I already had and was no longer using.To connect each of the light’s wires to the main wire, I also bought 4 inexpensive connectors from the hardware store instead of using the included orange ones. And I used my own shrink tubing to join these connectors to the end of the lights’ wires for a clean looking installation.After doing all the wiring, I simply tucked the lip of the light between the top two rows of stones. All of the wiring is behind the wall unseen for a nice clean look.I’ve attached pictures of everything in my setup and indicated what I used that’s not included so as not to give the wrong impression of what you get.The lights themselves are made of heavy-duty metal and can rotate 180 degrees allowing for different types of installations.They have a water-proof/resistant rating of IP65.Summary:These lights are quality made. They give off a decent amount of light and I love the look that they add to my wall at night. They are a bit pricey considering there’s no transformer included, but other than that, I couldn’t be happier with them!

if youve never done an install like this before. you might just want to get an electrician to hook it up for you. It can get pretty technical to wire it in, and make sure everything is hidden and has good connection and power.that said, if you do have experience, its pretty straight forward. They have plenty of places to tap a screw through and secure the fixture to any surface. The metal its made of is not flimsy at all and can handle being manipulated without fear of breaking it.The lights are not super bright, but then you dont want them to be. They are the perfect ambiance for a patio, deck or on the side of your house. The lights can be directed to your choosing and fastened tightly so wind doesnt have its way.I would recommend you go with the 8 pack as once you put up the first 4, youll want them all around your backyard... might as well save some money up front.Be aware, this does not come with the transformer necessary to provide power. But it does have the cords and everything else.They are for sure waterproof, though not sure exact rating. Will update my review when the snow starts to hit to give an honest opinion how they fare out in harsh weather.9/10

Will not rust or corrode.Warm light at 2700K 360 lumens.IP65 waterproof. Boasts of being heat and frost resistant. Working temp -4F to 122F (-20C to 50C).Able to move 180 degrees around its axis making this very adjustable to direct the light in any angle you want. This is my favorite since you can orient the light facing front, down, or back depending on your preference.All mounting harware included. They should have included a low-voltage transformer so that it can be installed out of the box.This is still a beast. For a real professional look.

These aren't super bright lights, but they're not supposed to be and I feel the level of brightness is just about perfect for the intended purpose of ambient landscape lighting. I'm not going to have a chance to actually install these under the stone ledges around my patio for a while (don't have all the wiring and connectors needed to do it properly) but I do have a 12V transformer already so I hooked it up to test them out and was pleased with the light. Good diffusion (smooth light throw and not so much just a bunch of little spotlights from the LEDs) and a good not too cool and not too warm colour temperature. The fixtures themselves are made extremely well, all metal casing that looks and feels quality. Honestly they're nicer than I was expecting given the cost. I think four of them might be enough for what I'm planning on doing but if it looks like I'll need more I'll happily purchase more of these.
