Natures Answer Afs Gotu Kola

A rising popularity in "cica creams/balms" made me research more what they are and their effects. 'Cica' is simply a name that was created based off the ingredient 'centella asiatica', which is also known as 'gotu kola'. It is an ingredient that has superior effects in repairing damaged skin and helping maintain the natural skin barrier.I purchased this product because it does not contain alcohol and is only 3 very simple ingredients: water, glycerin, and gotu kola extract. A couple drops mixed into my normal lotion and also into my toner have made my skin much happier, suppler, and brighter.

I am extremely sensitive to caffeine and this really bothered me. I don't recommend taking it if you are sensitive to caffeine. There was nothing wrong with the product. It tastes fine and it arrived fine I just didn't like how I felt when I took it. My heart would race and I'd be jittery, annoyed, and couldn't sleep well.

Love this. Have been a Natures Answer fan for a looong time.Its a stimulant with caffeine content and i mix it sparingly with my coffee inv the morning, to keep me alert.
