Good but No control panel, noisy, and cannot change the fan speed.
The fans work fine and strong. But no control panel. And so you cannot increase or decrease the fans speed. It's noisy as well. One star because of the misleading of the missing control panel. But it does the job of cooling.

It's more of a laptop stand rather than cooling it.
i was hoping this would at least help with my laptop gaming heat but it doesn't do much, even thou it looks great and works perfectly as a stand for my laptop.

Just a riser, nothing more.
Got this cause my laptop ran a bit hotter than I'd like and this one looked nice with red to match my setup. On the max speed these fans are still very slow... I'd guess MAYBE 1800rpm, more like 1500rpm so even with 5 total they really don't move much air at all. The only plus side to that is it's dead quiet cause nothing's really happening lol. Also those cool looks I was talking about with the red blades on the fans + red LEDS on them! Well... As long as your laptop is on it you will never see them again until you go to clean it which you only need to once every 2 months? Doesn't get very dusty when they're not actually moving air and collecting the dust out of it lol...It needs a very good power source also! Minimum 5V2A (equal to a "super fast" phone charger block) so that they can get close to that 1800rpm... And it's even more important if you ever wanted to use the pass through USB slot on the cooler. For example, if you plug the cooler in to a USB 2.0 slot on your laptop and than say I wanted to plug my other cooler in also (rectangular box with a vacuum that sucks air out of your vents and works amazing!!) than the 2nd cooler plugged in to the 1st coolers "USB pass through" you will not get enough power! The 2nd cooler can only get 2/3 up to speed.. I've tried other items and their lights flicker and are dull.. So it MUST be plugged in to a GOOD 5V2A outlet like a fast changing phone block. All phone charger blocks list what power they are. It's actually how you think your getting a power block for a good deal, but your actually paying for a 5V 0.5ma that's VERY slow!! So always check the amperage it's providing! Majority of car adapters are 5V1A or 5V2.4A and most dual ones have 1 of each. There is even blocks that are only 5V200MA (0.2A) and can barely warm a cigarette lighter. The ONLY feature of this "Cooler" is the adjustable heights to increase the angle lifting the back of laptop higher up so you don't have to look down as much to view your display. I have mine up to the 2nd notch out of 5 and it's just right to align the bottom with the bottom of my pneumatic lift arm mounted monitors!I would assume having it up and on mesh steel and very weak fans under it must increase airflow around it, but not enough to make any real difference at all..Point is... This should be called a "Laptop riser and cool fans that don't cool and nice lights that you never get to see!"

It is the best cooling pad I have ever bought!!!
I have had 3 or 4 expensive cooling pads over the last few years and they were either noisy or didn't keep my computer cool. This one is so different. With the 5 fans it keeps my computer very cool and there is no noise from it at all. I especially like the extra USB port on the back of the pad because sometimes I use my external hard drive for back up and the pad provides an extra port for this. Too there is ON/OFF wheel on the back so I can turn it off when I'm not using it. The price was so reasonable that I was amazed. It is definitely the best cooling pad I have ever bought!!! I would definitely recommend it!

Decent cooler for the price
This cooler definitely has helped keep my laptop cooler. :P My only qualms are that the front lip to keep your laptop in place feels very flimsy and I'm worried it might snap after a bit, and that there is a slight rattling noise that turns up every couple of hours but that is fixed my lifting my laptop up for a second. It honestly might just be unrelated to the cooler but it started happening when I first started using it. Over all its decently priced and works so I'm pretty happy with it for now.

The coming out wind from the fan is not strong enough for gaming labtop. Otherwise it is good.
There is no big problems. It has two USB ports, so you don't need to lose one USB port for powering up the pad. However, if you are looking for the real windy cooling pad, I don't recommend this. You cannot play the game on this bad, your lab-top will be still boiling.

Perfect for 17inch notebooks
High end gaming computers generate a lot of heat, thanks to their advanced video cards You can definitelytrip the thermal switch with extended usage time.
